I have had the pleasure of working with Gina at Arizona Pool Fence. Our nonprofit, which is a QFCO, (tax credit qualified) helps kinship families (with financial needs) purchase a discounted pool fences so children will go to homes of grandmas, grandpas, aunt/uncles, and fictive kinship like teachers and friends of foster kids and not shelters and group homes.

After the pool is installed, we give a survey to each kinship family. AZ Pool fence, to date, has a received a perfect 5 star rating from every client. Communication is awesome with both families and our organization. AZ Pool Fence knows the rules to pass the state ( LSI ) Life Safety Inspection and helps families configure a safe 5 foot high pool that meets the strict requirements. Families can be assured that protocol is followed to save time and money.

I am so thrilled to be working with such a generous company who has value, safety AND quality as a priority. We love the quality of the cement footers (not all companies go above like this see photo) and high quality products such as reinforced metal poles. Our families are so happy with the service provided and we are thrilled to partner with AZ Pool Fence.

They were quick to provide an estimate and stayed in touch up to and after the repair was done. My worker was friendly and efficient and did a beautiful job! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

From calling in to get a quote (which was right on point), to scheduling a service appointment and finally install day, everything ran smooth, efficient and on time! This company is a pleasure to work. We have worked with them on several jobs and they have always proved to be professional and help us deliver an excellent experience to our customer.

These is by far the worst company I have ever hired. The workmanship is great. the Scheduling sucks. They never show up on time and never do what they say the are going to. If you can handle the mismanagement the work I would hope will get done sooner or later. It has now been 3 weeks for a job that should have taken 3 days. My advice, Find another company.

Sent emails and got no response. Useless.

Fence Builders of Arizona advertises a free estimate, but after several phone calls (most of which have not been returned) and several text messages, I have been waiting for a month with no estimate. If they can't provide the estimate that the promised how could I trust them to build or repair a fence?

They don't ever show up. I spoke with 2 different people there, each of them said they would come to my house to measure and give me a quote. The first one told me 4 different times that he was coming. I waited at home and no one ever showed. 4 times! So I decided to give them another chance and spoke with someone else. He made an appointment with me and never showed! They clearly don't stick to their word so they definitely won't be getting my business.
