We had our double front iron and screen door installed today. From estimate, purchase, customer service to installation we are so impressed with DCS. The gentleman who installed our door were awesome and it looks fabulous. Extremely competent and extremely conscientious and nice!!!! I love my door, bring on cool mornings and evenings!!!!!!

We just had the second phase of a commercial pool fence project completed at Paradise RV. We needed to relocate our pool fence and gates to make it easier for our residents and guests to move around the complex, which is especially important for an age qualified community. The end result is great. I knew relocating the fence would have a great impact but the real plus is that the new fence added such a rich touch to the pool area. You typically think of this type of fence as something you have to deal with but it really enhanced the look of our pool and spa area. And they finished the work in about two days. Nicely Done! Manufactured and installed a split 14' RV gate and a pedestrian walk through gate. Very happy with their work. However I need one more gate, they were asked to measure and give a quote to manufacture and install, but they never did.

They were able to take care of my fence. Great company, will use again.

I had a really great experience with Chris and his team. They did a beautiful job on my perimeter fencing. It’s opened up my yard and adds a lot of character to the home.

I have a beautiful new Diamond Iron wrought iron fence with a wide gate that swings out to the golf course. It took longer, given the support wall
had to be repaired and re-stuccoed by a separate block crew, a project in itself, so the old fence had to come down for the length of that project.
Diamond Iron knew at once that I would need a temporary chain link fence, as we have a pool that would have created a safety hazard. So that
was the first thing they brought without me even asking. Given there were so many phases, I had the chance to meet many of the different crew members individually. Every single one of them was respectful, showed up on time, worked very hard work and just wanted to please. Given anything and everything that can go wrong in a complex project in this day and time, we had a couple of hiccups. In this day and time, when anything and everything can go wrong, what you often see is the company glossing things over and you just hang on for the ride. Not with this company. When we had a hiccup, the Controller of Diamond Iron, Vanessa Lindley handed the President of Diamond Iron, Chris Blauvelt a note from me. Four hours later, Chris was at my door to see for himself how he would move things along. Now that never happens, in this day and time.

I contacted the CFO David about a job I needed done asap. He came out the next day and looked at the work that needed to be done, said it would be easy. A couple of days past by and he told me he was waiting on supplier info, and that he would have an answer by end of day. He never got back to me, and completely stopped returning my phone calls and emails. If he was unable to do the job, he should have called back and said so, no problem. But the choice to ignore a potential client, goes to show the level of care and professionalism this man/company have. Also, they are more expensive than their competitors. Dont bother with them, they will waste your time.

Would not return my calls. Left several messages. Called every day for a week with no results. There guys do not care about their potential customers. Beware, they will waste your time with no remorse.

I retracted my initial review because Universal Fence stood behind their product and labor. They went above and beyond to make sure our fence was repaired and installed professionally. I would recommend them for your future fence needs.
