Frank, the owner, does an amazing job of communicating throughout the entire process, from quote to project completion, and answers any questions you may have in a timely and straightforward manner. We were very impressed by not only the quality of the materials and custom fabrication, but the excellent, professional installation work that goes into the finished product. Maybe just go with a different company.The technician showed up 30 minutes before our appointment. Works for me. He texted that he was there— we let him in the gate. He sat in our driveway for 3 minutes and then drove away. I contacted him and asked if he was coming back and he said no, that we had made him wait too long. He told me to reschedule. My wife was waiting inside for him, but he never left his truck or knocked on the door. I asked him why he didn’t knock on the door and he said “Covid Protocol”. I guess we were supposed to go knock on his truck window? Really weird experience.
