I texted Hector, the owner of Fences Del Sol, after seeing the excellent job that his company did when making a neighbor’s gate entry cut in concrete blocks to the adjacent park. He responded to me immediately and I had the pricing I needed to move forward for my own gate entrance within a couple of hours. He provided excellent communication and service. The block work was totally complete within 48 hours of the original text request. Awesome, professional and reasonable job!! Highly recommend him!

Nice guys all around. Easy to deal with and very responsive. We've dealt with them three times-first time was a perimeter chainlink with barbed wire, second was a wrought iron fence, and most recently the repair of the original chainlink after it was heavily damaged in an accident. Each time has been a breeze to take care of-nothing to worry about during the entire process. This time, we had damage on Sunday and after estimates and quotes, they were out by Thursday (right before a holiday weekend) repairing it. Quality work and we've always had quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Came out to our School in Peoria as we had a fence with several broken bars in it. My position here at the school is to deal with vendors and repairs needed around the school. Found these guys online. I needed some concrete repair along with a new gate and they recommended a great guy, Martin Acostas he fixed the issue. I ordered the gate Gate was installed all within 2-3 weeks start to finish. I love it and can't wait to finish the new updates to the rest of the yard.

I have a beautiful new Diamond Iron wrought iron fence with a wide gate that swings out to the golf course. It took longer, given the support wall
had to be repaired and re-stuccoed by a separate block crew, a project in itself, so the old fence had to come down for the length of that project.
Diamond Iron knew at once that I would need a temporary chain link fence, as we have a pool that would have created a safety hazard. So that
was the first thing they brought without me even asking. Given there were so many phases, I had the chance to meet many of the different crew members individually. Every single one of them was respectful, showed up on time, worked very hard work and just wanted to please. Given anything and everything that can go wrong in a complex project in this day and time, we had a couple of hiccups. In this day and time, when anything and everything can go wrong, what you often see is the company glossing things over and you just hang on for the ride. Not with this company. When we had a hiccup, the Controller of Diamond Iron, Vanessa Lindley handed the President of Diamond Iron, Chris Blauvelt a note from me. Four hours later, Chris was at my door to see for himself how he would move things along. Now that never happens, in this day and time.

Very helpful staff. I saved a fortune too. Super happy with my purchase and with the customer service I received. Their office is the right kind of rustic for a legacy fence company. These guys have obviously been doing fencing for a long long time and their experience is your benefit. TEN STARS!

Very helpful. Sale rep Bryan Acuna is a good fella. I had to cancel the install date when they showed up because my HOA is terrible. They re-scheduled and did the job with no extra charge. The fence I got looks great. Rust color is the way to go. There was even a hill along the fence line, and they had a guy bring out a special piece the same day to make it look great.

These is by far the worst company I have ever hired. The workmanship is great. the Scheduling sucks. They never show up on time and never do what they say the are going to. If you can handle the mismanagement the work I would hope will get done sooner or later. It has now been 3 weeks for a job that should have taken 3 days. My advice, Find another company.

I contacted the CFO David about a job I needed done asap. He came out the next day and looked at the work that needed to be done, said it would be easy. A couple of days past by and he told me he was waiting on supplier info, and that he would have an answer by end of day. He never got back to me, and completely stopped returning my phone calls and emails. If he was unable to do the job, he should have called back and said so, no problem. But the choice to ignore a potential client, goes to show the level of care and professionalism this man/company have. Also, they are more expensive than their competitors. Dont bother with them, they will waste your time.

I retracted my initial review because Universal Fence stood behind their product and labor. They went above and beyond to make sure our fence was repaired and installed professionally. I would recommend them for your future fence needs.
