this company was a HUGE disappointment! For businesses, organiziations, or municipalities, etc - do NOT use them, as they will waste your time. At first, they took my call and mentioned they would come out to do an estimate and get back with me the next day to schedule a visit. After not hearing back from them after the first week, I started emailing/calling them. Didn't hear back again, so then the owner replied and decided to pass on the project. How pathetic, to not even know what the project entails and then to pass on it, just to save face because they dropped the ball so many times along the way. Save yourself the time and headache, and do not call them - otherwise you will be waiting forever, and then be disappointed in the end.

I just want to express how grateful I am for the team over at Fence Company Phoenix. The process was so fast and seamless and they really took care of me and listened to every single one of my needs. Thank you guys for everything!

I called late Christmas Eve and the representative was very polite and professional. She scheduled an appointment between 2-4 pm and said a service rep would call. The rep, A-Maten, called minutes later and arrived on time. He was very efficient, professional and friendly. After completing the repair he cleaned up and returned everything he had to move back to its original location. He saved the day.

Doug and the crew were extremely prompt and professional. Highly recommend.
