Great people great place great product

Chris is very professional, and exceeded my expectations. He built Gabion fencing, 3 rail fence and had 3 concrete pads poured. Then built structures on two pads. He arranged for subs from electrical to Cool decking to Electrostatic painting.

Chris communicated very well. His workers were respectfull and courteous.

There were no negatives to hiring Accurate Concrete and Fence.

Matt was great! He got my new gate installed quickly and reasonably priced. I would definately reccomend.

I've worked with them on several projects, and they always do their best to make sure that the job is done right and on time.

Hired to change bottom door gasket on garage door and door was not aligned properly when technician was done. He could not explain to me why the door was crooked. I lost confidence in the person and he became defensive. He made the experience awkward. I would not recommend this company for hire. Maybe he was having a bad day, but you must maintain composure while doing service for people.

John and the fellas built an awesome custom fence for us. We needed locks and push bar openers and they did everything perfectly! Would highly recommend Pinnacle Fencing Solutions to anyone needing a new fence or repairs. Will definitely use them again.

I just want to express how grateful I am for the team over at Fence Company Phoenix. The process was so fast and seamless and they really took care of me and listened to every single one of my needs. Thank you guys for everything!

One of their drivers stopped traffic and tried to start a fight with me with my family in the car because I honked at him due to him cutting me off. He thought because he had just turned on his turn signal and merged over without letting me slow down to give him enough room and avoid an accident it was ok to cut me off then stop at the next light, hold up traffic while yelling at me with my family in the car looking for a fight because I honked at him. The moment I said get the company information from the truck he sped off. I tried calling to discuss this with management however I have not heard anything back which is disappointing. Hopefully you can train your driver's on better etiquette on the road and to not act this way in the future.

I don't like service companies. I don't like their goals, their charges, and their markup. They generally seem to turn a $100 part into a $500 bill.

Park Pro clearly isn't running a charity, but in the world of expensive gates, it's difficult to find someone who knows how the gates work. And the parts are typically not off of the shelf, so it's hard to trouble shoot it unless you have the parts and the expertise.

They have the parts and they have the expertise.

It's not a charity, it's a business. But, I'm giving them 5 stars because for a company this large they are responsive, honest, and while hardly cheap the markup is visible at perhaps 35% and the labor rates are basically fair for the quality of people that they put on the job.

I wish that there were someone cheaper and smaller (as in one guy and a truck) that I could use, but as big repair companies go they are pretty good.

They do amazing work with the fences here and you can ask for basically anything.

We received several quotes from businesses to install some fencing. This company was not the cheapest, but seemed to have experience doing this kind of job. After the initial quote, the CFO was extremely uncommunicative and when we were finally able to schedule the job, they didn't show up nor did they let us know they were not coming. After several calls and emails, we were able to reschedule. Again, no show. We tried one last time to contact them as it is difficult to find contractors with all the building going on. Not only did they not show again, but the CFO emailed the day of and bailed altogether on the job. This, after months of waiting to get on their schedule! Fence AZ has been very difficult to work with and I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring this company.

Need a wooden fence replaced with block wall. They were competitively priced, on-time, and did excellent work. The fence is only a few days old at this point so if anything changes down the line I will post an update. As of right now would highly recommend to anyone looking for a block wall.
