Great experience and product with Fence Pros. We had an iron fence removed and a new mesh, removable fence added. Love the new fence and it's super easy to take up/down - just what we wanted. The whole process working with Fence Pros was smooth and the installation crew was fantastic - very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend Fence Pros!

We hadn't built a vinyl fence before and even though lead-times seemed like they would take forever, everything was ready way earlier than expected and with a weekend of work we got the first ~350' done! Paul was super helpful in making sure everything would go smoothly and answering any stupid questions I had. Great quality and very reasonable installation/build. I will definitely be ordering more soon!

Darian, who installed my garage door was prompt, polite, did the work quickly and should receive five stars.My problem is two of the four panels were damaged in shipping and I couldn't arrange to be at my home to have the hopefully undamaged panels which should replace the damaged ones. Since I will not be at home until mid September I am unsure how this will resolve. If the company follows thru with installation of undamaged panels I can give that fifth star. It is a wait and see situation.

Good job with the pony wall; but now there are at least four places where the blocks are actually loose and in danger of falling completely off. I can't get them to come out and fix the problem. Promises, excuses and lies seem to be the norm. I just don't understand how a business can fall short in customer service and fixing something that they screwed up.

This company has poor customer service. Made my initial call and spoke to their estimator, but never received the quote. I've called 4 different times to request this information and never got any calls returned. Wasted too much time with this company for a job that could of been completed already.

They don't ever show up. I spoke with 2 different people there, each of them said they would come to my house to measure and give me a quote. The first one told me 4 different times that he was coming. I waited at home and no one ever showed. 4 times! So I decided to give them another chance and spoke with someone else. He made an appointment with me and never showed! They clearly don't stick to their word so they definitely won't be getting my business.
