Had a great experience with a Lavandis and Mike at Katchakid (pool covers)...they were prompt, professional and informative. I am highly pleased with the end product and glad to have made the decision to buy from them! My decision to buy was not only for safety (child or animal) but also bee and debris prevention. We live up against a mountain and are prone to bees, so this prevents access and works amazingly. Product and quality are exceptional. Easily adapts to any pool deck surface. Easy install and removal.

Initially I was told that there would be a technician that would meet me on Monday morning. After taking the day off of work no one came.Then, I was promised someone would come on Wednesday and that they knew how to service the gate. They clearly didn’t.After two phone calls no one ever said explained that their was a trip charge or diagnostic fee. After arriving and looking at the unit we were told there was a $500 diagnostic fee but they the technician had already fixed the unit (within 30 mins of arrival).Unfortunately the unit was not working after the technician left. We had a second technician that works on Viking Access Systems come out today and they repaired the unit. They tested the batteries and immediately found out that the batteries were at less than 20% capacity and needed to be replaced. This should have been done by Elite's technician but it’s clear that they work primarily on Lift Masters not Viking Access Systems.

Our community has not been impressed with this company's work for our development. They were engaged by the builder and the gates have continued to have issues. They have fallen off of the hinges and the arms have been inadequate to manage the function of the gates. Their company has been very slow to respond to problems and repair them as well as denying any responsibility in the on going issues.
