My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

I am very pleased with my new gas fireplace! Frank, Nick, Scott, Juan, Jose, Victor, Wayne and the rest of the crew were great to work with. Thankful to enjoy it now ?

I enjoyed the experience of working with Luxury Remodels. A professional organization starting with an excellent design team who stands by the product they produce. Not easy to find. Quotes were given on a timely basis, and I was always informed of any change in pricing, which needed to be approved prior to completion.

D&D construction is the best General Contractor we have ever worked with in two states and five houses over the last fifty years. They are honorable and professional and will do whatever is necessary to make the job right and to the satisfaction of the homeowners. Mesic Contracting mobile home repair has such integrity. Tim is honest and does fantastic work. He leveled my manufactured home, did tie-downs, repaired the roof that was damaged, and Tim answered all the questions I had on the FHA engineering report. He upgraded where he could. Whenever I need work in the future, I will definitely use his services.

We had Redemption Renovations refinish our cabinets and the results are phenomenal. We thought about replacing them but anfriend recommend getting them redone so we did. Couldn’t be happier.

I have had this company do complete remodels on my kitchen and two bathrooms. They did a fabulous job and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were meticulous and paid attention to every detail. My master bathroom was taken down to the studs and completely redone. They had great suggestions and ideas but weren't pushy. I have also had them do minor work like replacing my kitchen faucet and disposal. I have never had any problems with this company... I checked them out on Angie's list and they looked like the best service around Phoenix.

I have also had them out to my employer's medical office several times. Always on time, did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. They have repaired cabinets and counters, hung our flat screen TV's in the lobby and worked with our management company (who can be very picky). Their prices were fair and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would definitely recommend White Building inc . Her team was on time and polite when coming to my home .They did such a wonderful job with my kitchen remodel. I m in love with my kitchen now. We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose’ arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop which had several complex angles involved, wasn’t fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose’ who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over,from the beginning, and we were very pleased in our choice.
