I called the office and was pleasantly guided towards providing value. The staff provided an appointment for Tony to come out and visit our home. He was prompt, prepared, and literally ready to do the work on the spot. We scheduled out for a few days since we needed to be prepared to have the water turned off for him to do the work.

He came back though, completed the work better than my expectation, and the job is never a penny more than the quoted bid. You aren't paying for a guy to sit around and milk you for time and run the bill up. If it's $300, that's it. 1 hour or 3 hours, you are locked in which is a nice change from the guess work that can happen on vague project timelines.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

Alex and his team are professional, efficient and clean as you go. Alex is a great communicator and is timely with his projects. He completes your project within the timeline agreed upon and within budget which I appreciate. I have recommended him to others and they have also been happy with his work. I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.
