We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. When one considers remodeling your home, it’s easy to have nightmares about the difficulty of finding a suitable builder, the arduous process of selecting the decorative materials, the quality/look of the finished product, completing the project on time and most of all coming in on budget. Look no farther than Slade Gibson with TrinityHomesAZ. Those nightmares were turned into a dream we wouldn’t have expected. It was a painless, fun process and working with Slade, his wife Becky and their team an absolute delight.

This company is the best for all of your construction needs. I don’t recommend many companies, but this is one I believe strongly in.

We used them for a very big remodel that included adding a new bathroom and bedroom. We chose them because they were by far the most professional company as it relates to the bidding process, and their bid was highly competitive to others. The estimator Greg was a pleasure to deal with the whole process and was always open to changes or challenges to line items on the bid.

The work team was very friendly especially Rob, Juan and Derek. They kept us up to date with their schedule and cleaned up everyday which was nice because we were still living in the house. At no time did I feel like anything encountered was out of their control and they didn’t nickel and dime us with unknown issues.

At the end of this, they let sent in a professional cleaner to make sure they left no trace, and let us know that they stand behind their work and would fix any issues if they come up l

I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again to do any work on our home no matter how big or small. I know they will take care of us.

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

I tried getting an estimate from these guys to remodel our bathrooms, I stated I was getting other estimates and the guy asked how many I was getting, once I stated the number of estimates, he said they wouldn't do business with me . In short, the guy was pretty rude and unprofessional.

I have worked with 123 remodeling to renovate both bathrooms in my second house in Phoenix , and we couldn’t be happier. My wife, my kids and I all feel like we live in a hotel room now!! :) 123 remodeling are genuinely a team of honest good people that bring amazing results. Thank you guys!

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

Keith is a straight forward, honest contractor which is hard to find these days. Will recommend him to anyone that asks.

I hired Metro Builders to do regrading of my property.I was so impressed with the quality of work they did. Dan was amazing - he oversaw the entire project and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future for other projects!

Very shady general contractor. Ghosted me, left my rehab before completing the project and stole money. Do not use this guy. Save yourself the headache and money!

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
