I recently had Phoenix Home Remodeling complete renovations in both my master and guest bathrooms, kitchen, and entertainment wall in my home. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the results!! The process they set in place and communication on a daily basis made the entire project so much easier than expected. The use of Buildertrend software helped to keep me on budget and communication between the team and myself seamless. The team of employees were amazing to work with; especially given this was my first time remodeling a home. The work and amount of care for my home, lifestyle (we lived in the house during the construction), and quality of work was evident from day one until completion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a home project or upgrades. 14 months and still waiting for completion of a 360 Sq Ft Casita. Unfinished roof has molded and has to be replaced. Blueprint descripancy between company and county compliances!

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

This company is amazing!! These women in the office & owner run this company in a way that all companies should. Especially companies that do remodeling or electrical work. Elizabeth the owner took the extra time to understand what we needed & to be clear about the area we needed it in. It was the absolute difference in us getting all the work done we were looking for at this moment. They came out 2 days after I contacted them, which was great.
We had a ceiling fan installed that needed a fan box installed for the fan to be secure, also a light added to a dark hallway & the bathroom vent fan replaced.
All for an amazing price for the quality of work & what also compared to quotes from other companies we have received.
Jordan was outstanding! He worked fast but efficiently & with quality, knowledge & care. He made sure to cover the area he was working on & then actually cleaned up any mess he may have made, not just seem like he had. I've had work done before by others & they've always managed to leave some sort of dust or debris.
We will 1000% be using them again soon. Especially for our kitchen remodeling for sure! I greatly appreciate the entire experience. It's nice to get great service with affordable prices as it seems to be a lost art now days.

Job done in 3 days, and done right.

We hired Hochuli Design & Remodeling to do a pretty big job for us, updating a mid-century house in Tempe. The design phase was enjoyable. Lorrie did a great job understanding our sense of style to come up with a plan for a kids’ bathroom, entryway storage, new fireplace facade, dining room, and of course a beautiful kitchen. Decisions were made in a timely fashion and they were willing to modify the plans a couple times to get the budget into our preferred range. Construction went smoothly and quickly and we appreciated the daily reports made available to us. In addition, the billing was handled in a very organized and convenient way, with electronic payments made easy via their website. All in all we are very happy with the way the house turned out and we would use their services again if we ever needed to do another project.

Russ was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. The total bill was reasonable and I plan to use them again for future renovations.

What a great company! There are lots of construction companies out there, but Republic West Home is the best bar none. We refaced our kitchen cabinets and are so happy with the results. The craftsman were clean and efficient, the office was responsive to our needs and we even got a call after the project to discuss the process. With so many shoddy contractors around, Republic West Home stands above the rest.

Highly recommend!!! All contractors are professional and friendly. My kitchen was completed in 3 weeks. Daniel responded in a timely manner with all questions. The page has been hacked with negative reviews. My pics should say it all. My kitchen is beautiful!
