Best Kitchen Countertop Installation in Phoenix AZ

Phoenix Home Remodel just completed our Master Bathroom remodel and we could not be happier with everything that they did and how they do it. They have a process all set up so you are kept in the loop for the entire remodel. And they will not start the remodel until all components are ordered and received which makes for a really smooth and quick remodel once they start. Rodrigo was our designer and was super helpful in picking out fixtures and providing many choices and advice. Ben and Mark were our project managers and were always very responsive and always let us know when they would arrive and what they would be doing and kept project running smoothly. Lupe did a great job on the tile work and you can tell he is very good at everything tile. Scott did a great job installing the shiplap. And Roy did a great job with the cabinets. I would highly recommend Phoenix Home Remodeling and look forward to using them again when we do our guest bathroom.

I want to caveat this one-star review by saying I am still hoping that Holzman does the right thing and returns our full deposit. When that happens I will gladly increase this rating.

There are a lot of good things about Holtzman and my wife and my experience with them started out very well. We chose Holtzman to remodel our bathroom due to the positive reviews they received on Yelp and Google. We received excellent service from our superintendent and, after choosing a layout and materials, we submitted our deposit so that work could get started. A tentative start date was set about two months out and we were told we’d be contacted soon with more info on the timeframe. A week went by. Then two. Then three. I emailed our superintendent multiple times with no response. I finally tracked down his cell number only to learn that he had quit the company and been told not to contact any of the people he’d been working with. We were concerned about the lack of communication at this point but decided to keep going. Our old superintendent gave us the contact info for someone at Holtzman who would reschedule us and get us a new superintendent. We were rescheduled but we wanted to ask our new superintendent about some details. So we were given his information and we emailed him. No reply. So we called him. No reply. After a month we had not had any communication with this superintendent. Then Holtzman randomly had someone come over to measure for the cabinets, though this had already been done and the guy who was doing it said that “this isn’t really my job”. Finally, we had someone knock on our door at 7am unscheduled and unannounced saying he was there to do the framing. We were all very confused as we still hadn’t spoken to the superintendent and no work had been scheduled. At this point, we lost confidence in the process. We had been left in the dark after the superintendent we liked left. The new one assigned to us was completely non-communicative. And now we had random trades coming over for no reason.

I told Holtzman that we did not want to proceed with them and would like our deposit back. They responded by saying they were going to keep $2,000 of it for salaries and work that had been completed. This confused me to say the least, since all they had done since we put the deposit down was ghost us and send random people to our house. We asked for a breakout of these expenses, which they never provided.

We had every intention of proceeding with Holtzman until the process broke down. We have not received $2,000 of value. No work was done. To the contrary, it has caused considerable wasted time and worry.

I respectfully ask Holtzman to refund our whole deposit so that I can update this review to confirm that you are a fair company who cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

I highly recommend Sun Country and Steve Garrett. As a Realtor in Scottsdale, AZ I have seen lots of home renovations, some good and some not so good. I had the pleasure to work with Steve and Sun Country personally on a project in Silverleaf Community. Steve took his time listening to the home owners wants and went above and beyond to deliver the vision the home owner had for this luxury home renovation. Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

I was disappointed in working with Republic West Remodel. The designer did not pay attention to what I was saying and seemed more focused on selling cabinets. This was for a kitchen and two bath remodel. The designer was distracted and forgot details I had mentioned so I walked away and forfeited the deposit. I know things are busy now, so maybe she had other priorities, but did not feel I could trust working with the company.

Matador remodeled our home and upgraded bathroom after a upstairs. despite supply chain issues, replacements were quickly found. very professional. drywall crew was phenomenal. Tile for the shower was placed with extreme perfection.

I like to shop out getting things done before picking a company. Diamond Granite & Remodeling was my third quote that I received. Not only were they willing to do the entire job without me needing to outsource plumbing, electrical, cutting down a wall... their pricing was fair, they were able to give me a quote on the spot. And at the end of the project, there were no hidden or extra fee's. It truly was amazing working with them. Rachel was also fabulous with communicating through text and making sure everything through the process was taken care of. Daniel responded after hours when I would finally remember to ask questions, he was always willing and ready to answer and help. I highly recommend this company.

Signature Kitchen and Bath tore out the flooring on the first floor of my house and put in wood look tile. They did a great job and now there is a nice cohesive look to the first floor of my house. The whole team was great and now I have beautiful flooring in my house!
