Best Interior Paint in Phoenix AZ

Purchased a toilet from Amazon and they now provide an option to have one of their contractors install your toilet. They had three choices, I picked Holtzman because of their high rating on the internet. I had a hard time getting the toilet, it was first back ordered and they would let me know when it was on its way, which they did not. I was dealing with Judy at Holtzman and told her I would call when I got it because was not sure of the delivery date. I received it at about 4pm on a Thursday. I called Judy and said I finally got the toilet and she said they were booked until next week and we made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Then 20 minutes later she said she could have someone come the next day between 7-9am, I said that was great. Alverdo showed up, he protected my carpet and installed my new toilet. I plan on purchasing another toilet for the bathroom in the garage and will have Holtzman do the installation. I highly recommend them for there great service. Judy did not have to make this happen the next day, but she did and I thank her so very much for that. Great service.

My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

Wasted over 6 months of time and money. Dion is a terrible communicator and doesn't follow though on anything he says he will do. Doesn't respond to any form of communication. (Even email which he claims is his preferred way and has an assistant. Paid almost $3k for plans and it took 4 months for them to do anything with them and get them approved. Two months later we are still trying to get him to commit to starting the project. Glad we aren't out $40k and have an unfinished project. Do not be tricked by this guy. Dion did not respond to each and every text and email I sent. I would be happy to provide screen shots of my text threads to prove it. You can lie all you want but we all know the truth. Check his other reviews, We are not the first customers that he has done this to.

I have worked with several Custom Builders in the past and I have found 4 Gen Homes to be among the very best! David brings so much relevant and expert experience to each project and it shows in the finished work of art. His proven process of helping his clients go from concept drawings to “Welcome to your new home!” is the best I have ever seen. It makes building a custom home an enjoyable experience. Working with Hunter was an awesome experience. He is a dedicated and hardworking person, who's willing to listen to your needs and work towards giving you exactly what you want. In my experience, it's often difficult communicating with many GC's as they either don't provide context, or don't listen directly to your feedback. However, working with Hunter was much more smooth, he was able to sit down with us, listen to our goals, and implement what we were looking for. I reached out to Handyman connection and the following day I had an email from Lana Rogers requesting more information about the cover I wanted built over my pool equipment. I sent that to her right away and never heard another thing. I sent another email suggesting that they were too busy to handle my request and still never received an email back. I was highly disappointed as I look and trust reviews about a business. This one didn't work out for me.

We first met Tony, the owner of Ruidoso a few years ago when he was working for another company. At that time Tony did an outstanding job on the remodeling of our bathrooms. Since Tony has formed his own company we have used him for several jobs around our home.
