POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! The quality of the work is great, when workers eventually do respond. The company fails tremendously at communicating schedule updates and changes. I have asked from the beginning of the project for a schedule to completion and am lucky if I can get them to commit to 2 consecutive days. I was quoted a 3-4 month project duration and am currently on month 6 with no end in sight. I've gone through 4 job superintendents (5 if you include the owner himself) and have had a very disheartening experience with this remodel. I will never recommend this company!

Everything was done great. I would definitely recommend them a five star for their great quality work.

I have used this company a few different times. They recently replaced a roof on my house I was trying to sell. They helped me with the insurance claim process and supplied all the necessary pictures and documents to support the claim. Once the claim was settled, which was very quick due to the supported pictures/documents, the old roof was removed and the new roof was installed within 4 days. They also worked with my HOA to make sure the shingles were approved. Due to their efficiency my closing was not delayed. I would recommend them to anyone. The roof looks great also.

Graco Home Remodeling was great from start to finish! Ignacio Carrion is very professional and has amazing customer service. The Graco team is always flexible, available, and punctual to get the work done around my busy schedule. I loved that they provided photos of the damage on my roof when quoting the work that needed to be done. The cost was very fair and competitive (nothing was overpriced). I am so happy with the work they did and recommend them to everyone.

I have worked with Atelier 507 on several projects. I have had nothing but positive experience with them. The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. Republic West Remodeling was one of the companies I reached out to for a major home renovation project in 2022. We had to reach out multiple time just to get someone to come out for a quote. When someone finally came out to discuss our project they told us we would have an estimate from them in about a week. Over a month later and multiple follow ups on my end I never received anything from Republic West. Just another construction company without accountability or consideration of potential clients time, energy, and money (pricing for materials and labor is increasing every day with the state of inflation).

Had them build a simple pergola in the back yard. They did awesome! Took about 3 days to complete including paint

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.
