I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom remodel, and many other add ons, with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. Holtzman home Improvement remodeled my entire kitchen recently. We are so pleased with the AMAZING job. They gutted out the cabinets, countertops, removed all of the old lighting and lighting fixtures. When they originally started the job they came with samples and blueprints and we did not think what they imagined was going to even be possible. When they came in to remove everything they were so clean that you couldn't even see any mess or dust on the bare floors. Then they sent in a drywall team who patched everything over and fixed the holes where all of our old lighting fixtures and switches were. Then they sent an electrician who rewired everything and installed modern can lighting that evenly lined the dining room and kitchen. Then their plumbing team came in and connected the water lines and set up the reverse osmosis. Then the guys came and installed the cabinets and then the counter tops and sink was installed. This kitchen remodel turned out exactly as they had originally said it would and it actually took less time than we had planned for. Everyone we had the pleasure of speaking to was professional and showed great workmanship. They were so clean and just so pleasant to see everyday in my home. I recommend them to everyone and I'm excited to FINALLY be hosting a family event in our home to show off the wonderful work!

We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall project. There are always hiccups when doing home renovations but Al and his crew were very professional and kept me in the loop through each and every step.

I hired Mesic Contracting to do a bathroom remodel. They were very responsive and helpful in helping me pick out a new tub, accessories, and paint. The bathroom came out beautiful! I will definitely use them again in the future.

The sales representative was very thorough & professional. The installation team was amazing, on time both days 7:00 am, very proficient and excellent craftsmanship. We love our new bathtub and the artistic details that went into the construction.

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. Lots of problems, did nt install medicene cabinet properly because they would nt move stink pipe, electrician spent hours more than expected to figure out wiring, two return visits to repair leak from bathtub that stained kitchen ceiling I had to to repaint, my fault paying way too much $$ for what we got!

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
