Jeremy has built a great team of professionals. The connection was the best, they always let us know about any updates or upcoming tasks. Ben always replied to our messages or questions in a timely manner.
Mark did an amazing and detail oriented job! Our bathroom looks great and we are very happy with all the work that was done.
We also had a few small changes during the process and everything went smoothly.

Considering any remodel is a daunting process, Holtzman Home Improvements helped make the process as smooth as possible. Clear expectations were set up front and proactive planning helped us prepare. Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Needed some changes in the kitchen. I was looking for a good licensed company in Phoenix to get it done but I was on a tide budget. I care a lot about the quality of work as well as insurance and libility of the companyt in case something happens. We had a bad experiance in the past when a un-licensed contractor cut his hand in our house and we had to hire a lawyer to prove we didnt hire him but the contractor we did hire.
I didn’t want my investment to go in vain. It’s a tricky business somehow, I could manage things with the help of Nehemiah Builders Inc. Great people to work with and the guys are skilled. I liked that. Dealing with them for the first few days, I knew my money is in safe hands. I would recommend them for any renovation job in Phoenix. Liked their response, thumbs up from me!

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job on our recent bathroom/bedroom remodel. They started and finished the project exactly as per contract. The workmanship was professional and the crew was very personable. Neatness counts and they excelled. Thank you, again.

It’s been over a year and have not been able to resolve our issues with the poor workmanship on the tile that they replaced. Trying to get a credit so i can have someone do it and now not returning emails. Will call them next.

They refunded the monies from the work done on the tile. Just disappointed that I have to find someone to remove the tile they installed and get someone else to replace. The other work they did was excellent. Again, they need a professional tile installer.

My salesman Doug Parks and the installers Matt and Lorenzo were wonderful. The shower is beautiful, and since I'm in my 50s and this is my forever home, that lifetime warranty gives me peace of mind.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

We've just completed our home renovations with Steve, Lori and the Sun Country team. We're particularly impressed with Steve's honesty and transparency. His team's done a great job. I love Rebath so much, I had to move into a house with more bathrooms to have them come back out.

We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose’ arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop which had several complex angles involved, wasn’t fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose’ who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over,from the beginning, and we were very pleased in our choice.

A cheat and an embezzler. Cheated us of 14000 dollars.Took money, never did work.

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
