Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment to the final walk through each step of the way exceeded our expectations!! Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication and attention to detail, scheduling of each part of the remodel and the the quality of work completed was exactly as promised. Home remodel projects can get off track with problems or issues and we were pleased that our whole remodel was right on track or completed earlier than expected. Holtzman home improvement impressed me from the moment I walked in the show room. Johnny the designer was amazing. He listened to me and created the perfect remodel for my house that truly match the picture I had in my head. When construction started we had a few issues with the project manager and it felt as though the project would never get done. Then Will Stubblefield took over as project manager and saved the day. He was wonderful, open, and worked hard to meet every deadline he gave us. His expectations for the project exceeded my expectations. I now have a wonderful newly remodeled house that I love.

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. Talavera did a complete remodel for me from floor to ceiling. It was a big project and I was anxious about starting it. Larry walked me through one step at a time. I love his “can do” attitude and attention to detail. His entire crew has the highest of standards. They really do the work as if it were their own home. Larry is the perfect combination of design sense and practicality! I would use Talavera again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. Nothing but good things to say about Builders Express. They installed backsplash in our kitchen and filled in a space over our fireplace. They were quick to get the job done and the work was done to perfection. So nice to have someone you can count on!

Be prepared to have your patience tried. We just completed a bathroom remodel This company's definition of time is very unique. They congratulated themselves on a project completed in four weeks. In actuality it was more like six weeks. However, that in itself, is not a big deal. Our extreme frustration was the lack of communication from those in charge. Phone calls were never returned. Texting is out or the question. Being informed as to when certain work would be done NEVER occurred. Apparently they fully expect to put a lock box on your home and come and go as they please. If you do bring up any minor change you'd like during the course of the project, you'd better ensure that it's put in writing. If not, you'll get we don't recall. The help we were promised to select our fixtures, tile, etc., turned out to be; here is the name of a store, let us know when you're done.

All that being said, we were very pleased with the various workers that actually came on site. The level of craftsmanship was very good. Thank goodness for that. We are satisfied with the end result. Even though it wasn't easy.

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.
