Best Complete Home Remodel in Phoenix AZ

We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! We would like to extend our sincerest appreciation to Ben, Steve, Garron, Aaron, and Brandon. You all were a pleasure to work! Our bathrooms are beautiful! -Thank you!

I will start by saying that most of the trades people were very nice and happy to explain their process. The owner was responsive when we hit a plumbing snag. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends. Our rude project manager made the experience unpleasant. The completed project shows a definite lack of attention to detail and is not what one would expect from a professional remodeling company. We have two remaining rooms to complete in our home but will not be using Holtzman nor can we recommend based on our own personal experience.

We live in a historic home (1926) and needed to have the bathroom completely remodeled. We hired Homework Remodels to take everything out (tile floor, walls, ceiling, tub, toilet, vanity, etc) and install a new bathroom. They were very professional and were great to work with. We explained the items that we wanted, and they provided information on those items as well as other options, which we greatly appreciated. They communicated very well throughout the project, and we were extremely happy with the end result. Working on historic homes can be difficult and unpredictable, but their expertise made it look easy. This bathroom is the only bathroom in our house, and they managed to keep it functional throughout the entire construction phase, which is an incredibile feat. Our new bathroom is beautiful and is better than what we expected - great quality of work! We finally have a bathroom that we are proud of. We will definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

Needed some changes in the kitchen. I was looking for a good licensed company in Phoenix to get it done but I was on a tide budget. I care a lot about the quality of work as well as insurance and libility of the companyt in case something happens. We had a bad experiance in the past when a un-licensed contractor cut his hand in our house and we had to hire a lawyer to prove we didnt hire him but the contractor we did hire.
I didn’t want my investment to go in vain. It’s a tricky business somehow, I could manage things with the help of Nehemiah Builders Inc. Great people to work with and the guys are skilled. I liked that. Dealing with them for the first few days, I knew my money is in safe hands. I would recommend them for any renovation job in Phoenix. Liked their response, thumbs up from me!

Hard workers

We've used Mesic multiple times. Starting in 2011 when we had a bad wind storm tear the back half of our roof off. Great job and here it is 7 years later with no problems. In 2013 we had a problem with a water leak in the ceiling, they were out promptly and took care of the issue without any unnecessary drama. Made the mistake in 2015 of allowing another contractor to install some appliances (removing cabinetry to put in a dishwasher in an old house) Boy did that ever get screwed up, ended up Calling Mesic out to fix the problems. I've learned my lesson. Next month when we move into our new home and need some work done, we know who we will be calling!

My husband and I highly recommend this company! We were very impressed with their presentation and what they have to offer. There was a little mix up in the beginning with our order but they owned the mistake and made sure we were taken care of. It goes a long way when you see a company that really values their customers satisfaction. The men who came out to do the install, Tom and Anthony, were great! They were very friendly, professional, quick and efficient, and didn’t leave one spec of dust behind. We love our new shower!!

Really enjoyed working with Ross. He always had quality in mind and always seemed to go the extra mile. As a former contractor, I highly recommend him for your bathroom remodel!

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

The company just finished repair work at my house and did an excellent job. Steve is very professional and the quote was right on, with it actually coming in at a lower cost than anticipated. I highly recommend Sun Country Renovations.

Mike came to my home and we discussed the making of my Master bathroom. He attentively listened to my needs + wants, while also executing a design plan that I envisioned. His team is courteous, professional and punctual. I appreciated their neatness and overall workmanship. I am highly pleased with the final result, their craftsmanship is truly unbeatable!

My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling, they communicated well, met all deadlines, and worked around our schedule.

Had issues including being told it would cost an additional $500. for a plumbing issue that consisted of moving the piping about an inch. Told them no. Took my plumbing friend about 15 seconds to do it. However it did not matter since they had already decided to move the back wall about 1 1/2's closer, ( I did OK that plan.) I had two showers done, (only); no remodel of the bathroom. Cost 24K. More than twice the amount it is worth. My two showers look really good but I worry about future plumbing issues behind the wall; was told they would have to take the new walls down. There were other issues that were resolved appropriately. BOTTOMLINE: Too much $$$ for whatwe got. Would hire a contractor and buy the materials at Lowes/Home Depot for less than half of the $24,000.

Diamond Granite was professional at every step of the kitchen remodel. Their communication was excellent at all times. There were no surprises. Their product selection was of good quality. There were no shortcuts. Each tradesman was proficient in his abilities, courteous and willing to adjust to our needs. When leaving the job site each day the workers cleaned up and stored the material out of the way. We highly recommend them. Thanks, Ben, for your thoroughness every day.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
