Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

I contracted for a bath tub to shower conversion. Steven and Ashley were assigned to my project. Both were on time and very professional. Steven went over my contract in detail to confirm everything was in order prior to starting the project. After a couple of corrections were made, the work began. They took extreme care in covering all of my furniture and placed tarps down on the floors. I can't compliment Steven and Ashly enough on how well this team performed from start to finish. Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

We just had our bathroom slightly remodeled by AZ Bathmasters. We moved the shower to where the bathtub was, and where the shower was, we had them change to a closet. Bathmasters came out within two days of us making the initial phone call. We also got quotes from three different companies aside from bathmasters.

I can't say enough about the service we got from AZ bathmasters! There were quite a few things that my wife were unsure of as far as color, style, etc, and we told bathmasters to just use their best judgement. Looking at the finished product, there is not a single thing my wife or I would change! The service we got from them was amazing, great communication throughout the project, and even though we did not specify, they used very high quality hardware and materials. I have no hesitation in giving bathmasters 5 stars and recommending them!!

Hello. I had a walk in shower install and the old tub removed in my master bathroom so I guess you could qualify that as a remodel. My person, Cameron Rudge, did a beautiful job, even finishing a day earlier than estimated. Each day he would show and explain to me what was done that day. He was very courteous, and would let me know what time he would be there the next day and was on time. He cleaned up before leaving and on the final day he did more thorough clean up. I love my new shower and Cameron did an excellent job.
