I recently had Phoenix Home Remodeling complete renovations in both my master and guest bathrooms, kitchen, and entertainment wall in my home. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the results!! The process they set in place and communication on a daily basis made the entire project so much easier than expected. The use of Buildertrend software helped to keep me on budget and communication between the team and myself seamless. The team of employees were amazing to work with; especially given this was my first time remodeling a home. The work and amount of care for my home, lifestyle (we lived in the house during the construction), and quality of work was evident from day one until completion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a home project or upgrades. I am pleased beyond measure with my newly updated home and cannot thank Phoenix Home Remodeling enough for their time, effort, and personalization they put in to making this project well worth the investment. After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Stronghold was one of the best if not the best home contractor that I've ever worked with. Trevor was attentive and communicative, always available when we had questions or concerns. He offered suggestions when we decided to change directions during the project consultation and was able to offer design services to help us bring the project off the way we had imagined. The quality of his work was excellent, and you could tell by the level of detail that he took pride in his work. We will be using Stronghold Remodeling again!

Randy and Tyra of ATR have performed several jobs for us over the last couple of months. We found them after a slew of other companies overcharged and disappointed - ATR is total opposite of that, you get what you pay for and then some. The quality of their work, their dependability, their pricing, and their friendly nature make them our go-to company for all things home repair! This week they completed a new backsplash for us at our home in Ahwatukee/phoenix and holy cow it is nice! We paid a fraction of the cost that others estimated and our kitchen is beautiful! Hire them for all your home repairs, you will be glad you did!

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
