Luxury Remodels has just completed the remodel of 2 bathrooms and before that our kitchen and we're very pleased with the results. Roxie did a tremendous job of providing designs and project managers Steve (baths) and Dave (kitchen) were very professional and communicative during the process.

No contact. No phone call,, not even e-mail. From wife's referral nor my finding this company online (didn't know was the same)

On June 17,2021 Steven and Nate from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of AZ did an amazing remodel of our master bathroom. This entire area was transformed into one large shower. Both groups over a two day period were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of us and our surroundings. Total clean up each day. More explanation at the work site before work started than I’ve ever received nor needed to receive. Steven and Nate said it was important that we understood the process before they began work. At this time, I’m unable to review the USE of the shower for about another few weeks. The 7 foot glass enclosure wall and ceramic floor installation has to be performed by a couple other companies. Would definitely use them again. Excellent exceptional customer service and incomparable work skills.

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

If you want work done on your home and money is no object then this is the place for you. I cannot speak to the quality of the work that they do because it never got that far. I placed a $5000 deposit so they could get started on the design work. I understand that this is a lot of work and they need some sort of certainty that they can recoup some of their expenses. What they came back with was an astronomical bid. I won't get into the whole issue of pricing but here is an example. They had a line item in for repainting the house (all walls, baseboards, doors and ceilings). The amount that they came up with was $7000. Note that this is a 2600 square foot house. After seeing this red flag I met at the house that weekend with 2 painters to get bids for the same work. They came back with bids of $1700 and $2500.

In an effort to get some value for the $5000 that I had already committed I told them that I would still hire them to install the folding wall system in the house. They returned with a bid of $34,956. I have also reached out for competing bids. I have only received one back but it came in at $19,554.25.

I will be looking elsewhere or I will do the work myself. Do yourself a favor and don't even get started here. I cannot believe that if feels good to be walking away from $5000.

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Danny and Melissa and the rest of the crew are exceptional at what they do, and in our case we could not be happier with the results. We hired Solid Home Renovations based on what we observed when they remodeled a neighbors house. We saw not only the results but how they worked.

We had a total home remodel that took almost three months. The job was finished ahead of schedule and every step of the way, Danny communicated well and performed with maximum quality for all aspects of the remodel.

I observed Danny with my neighbors remodel and saw how much he cared about his customers and made sure that every step was taken to make sure they were happy and secure in the quality of the job. We were pretty thrilled to get the same treatment and even better the same quality in our results.

Danny doesn't need me to promote his business, he is in great demand already with many of my neighbors, so if you want this same great quality and satisfaction, you must be patient and get on his list as soon as possible., you won't be sorry to have waited for the best!

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
