Cameron B and Cesar V came and did our bathtub reminder and tub to shower remodel. They were prompt and hard working and did a beautiful job. The tub is beautiful upstairs and is so much more insulated. It used to be so noisy in the master bedroom when the kids took showers and now it is so quiet! We love the new shower downstairs as well! Both beautiful and well made. Plus the lifetime warranty is amazing!

Recently had an interior door widened to permit wheelchair access at my son's group home. Republic West sent a terrific carpenter to do the job. He arrived promptly and immediately prepared the area to keep it as clean as possible. He worked steadily and efficiently during the three hours and the final job is excellent. When finished, he was quite thorough in cleaning up the mess. No one could guess this was not the original door, frame, and moulding. Assuming his work is indicative of the quality of remodeling done by Republic West, I will recommend them to others. (P.S. Our wheelchair users send a great big THANK YOU!)

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Sloppy work, poor customer service and unfair contractJob - remodel downstairs bathroom for use by my 81year old mother to prevent slips / falls. It took 4.5 months for a 1.5 month job with unusable bathroom for 2.5 months.Sloppy work - Took them 2 times to remodel. After first try, water was puddling in the shower pan that their Technician pointed out to Foreman, who dismissed it as a floor flatness issue. Second time around issue was fixed and Technicians were joking around stating swimming pool fixed.Poor customer service - No call apologizing or scheduling the job. We had to call to schedule the install (rescheduled both times)Unfair contract - Contract says 50% on signing and 50% due on job completion. At the time of signing they don't tell you that you cannot turn on the water for 24h but you pay the 50% due on completion even if the job is poorly done as was the case for us. I asked for a refund of the 50% paid on completion so that I can pay it when the job is really done. I was told it is covered under warranty and no concern for the bathroom not being usable for 2.5months. I had to help my mother up a flight of stairs to use our upstairs bathroom.A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!!!

We had Arizona Floors install flooring throughout our whole house. After a couple of years...the carpet started to buckle. We contacted Arizona floors who immediately sent the carpet layers out and had our carpet looking like new again. They didn't need to do that since the warranty had expired but they went over and above what we had expected.

Great company with fabulous employees! Out of the several companies we acquired bids from Aria Builders was the most affordable, most professional, and most communicative. These guys absolutely stand head and shoulders above the competition. They were communicative, patient and reliable throughout the entire job and I would not hesitate to work with them again the future!

I recommend Trinity Homes to anyone looking to remodel their home or commercial space. Every person that worked in my home was reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would hire them again!

Danny and Melissa and the rest of the crew are exceptional at what they do, and in our case we could not be happier with the results. We hired Solid Home Renovations based on what we observed when they remodeled a neighbors house. We saw not only the results but how they worked.

We had a total home remodel that took almost three months. The job was finished ahead of schedule and every step of the way, Danny communicated well and performed with maximum quality for all aspects of the remodel.

I observed Danny with my neighbors remodel and saw how much he cared about his customers and made sure that every step was taken to make sure they were happy and secure in the quality of the job. We were pretty thrilled to get the same treatment and even better the same quality in our results.

Danny doesn't need me to promote his business, he is in great demand already with many of my neighbors, so if you want this same great quality and satisfaction, you must be patient and get on his list as soon as possible., you won't be sorry to have waited for the best!

Very unprofessional organization to work with. They are very poorly managed and do not attempt to follow through on promises or commitments. I strongly urge you to consider other companies as you will be very dissappointed with Weitz.

Rude and sarcastic. Do not call this company. Save yourself a headache!

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
