Our project was taking out our garden tub and shower in our master bath and putting in a walk in shower. It ended up taking a week longer than expected because of our glass installation, but the end result was fantastic. Marjeanne and Skylar oversaw the entire installation, making sure that things were done correctly. The crews that were hired on: tilers, plumbers, and glass installers were all professional. Everyone cleaned up their areas to the point that you couldn't tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen because they do excellent work.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. At first the gentleman helping was very attentive but it would have been nice to give us some space while we were looking instead of hovering. He did let us take a sample to a possible home that we were looking at which was nice. When I dropped off the samples no one was directly at the front desk so I dropped them off and walked to my car. A very tall gentleman stopped me from backing out and aggressively asked what my last name was, who was helping me and if anything worked. It was very intrusive and borderline scary as a single female. I understand that the sales people are payed off commission and he made it very clear to me, but they need to work on respecting guests personal space and having a nice demeanor when talking to them.

Danny and Melissa and the rest of the crew are exceptional at what they do, and in our case we could not be happier with the results. We hired Solid Home Renovations based on what we observed when they remodeled a neighbors house. We saw not only the results but how they worked.

We had a total home remodel that took almost three months. The job was finished ahead of schedule and every step of the way, Danny communicated well and performed with maximum quality for all aspects of the remodel.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
