We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

I recently got to work with Emily on my living room, dining, and kitchen! She was super sweet and down to earth while being professional. It has been ~1 month since my bathroom upgrades (master and hall) have been completed and I can't be happier. It was a pleasure to work with the team @ Signature. My Project Manager Mike was great and the workers were professional, courteous and competent. I have to give a shout out to Chad who was at my home ~80% of the time.

As with any project when you open up walls or floors you never know what you will find. As it turned out the master bathroom shower pan was not installed correctly and required additional work to repair. Mike worked with me to understand the issue, and fix as well as worked with me in regards to the added cost. He also was great in sourcing materials to match the existing tile.

The overall experience was better than I expected. Mike was great at keeping me informed and setting expectations upfront. Providing tips on how to make the experience less frustrating. And when I called with a change or a concern he was always understanding and helpful.

I plan on using Signature for my Kitchen upgrade next year.

Very friendly and professional. Prices appear to be competitive and they have the most popular styles. Haven't made our choice yet but plan to go back and get more details quotes soon.

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it's not! Thanks to Qualtire we are so happy and couldn't be happier! They came in and got rid of everything and put in a beautiful walk in shower, a water closet, new cabinets, new flooring, new everything and it's so beautiful and such high quality. We had a wonderful experience with Superior Stone and especially Jeff Chaignot who helped us choose our granite tile, came to our house, measured, explained to us exactly what would happen. The men arrived and were efficient and did a beautiful job. Jeff was a gem in terms of clairty and seeing us through this exciting big project. I trust him completelty with my home projects! I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
