Best Design Build Contractor in Phoenix AZ

We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! Tom is one of the most efficient maintenance men we've had a pleasure of meeting. He seems to deeply care about the tenants and our concerns. He makes sure we are well aware of the situation at hand and he even goes the extra mile to follow up on existing maintenance requests with his staff. We are never disappointed when Tom shows up!

I was thinking of remodelling my kitchen and had a general idea of what I wanted but didn't know where to start. I called them after seeing the work they have done previously for other clients. I ended up adding extra features to my kitchen and getting them to redo all the tile in the whole home as it was really old. They have the right approach to transforming people's homes and create beautiful spaces and unreal kitchens. Special thanks to Becky and Sean for helping me push through!

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling, they communicated well, met all deadlines, and worked around our schedule.

After almost proceeding with another fabricator, I called Daniel at Diamond Granite. They are on the recommended list of fabricators at Arizona Tile, and Daniel came out almost immediately. It was a very through discussion and he provided my quote on site at the conclusion of our meeting. Mike came out next to do the templating. This was a great experience as they use lasers and software to build the templating on a PC. From there they will take pictures of your slab and position the images on the template so you see your kitchen layout before a single cut is made. The installation crew was on time and did a great job! I highly recommend Diamond Granite. Thanks again.

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

It has been a few months since our bathroom remodel was completed.
Now that I have been using the bathroom (and everything works perfectly), I love it even more than when it was completed. It is an Art Deco design and Signature A did everything to make my dream complete. We were able to stay within our budget and our Proj. Mgr. was extremely helpful in making the project a huge success.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
