My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to John and his crew at Allure Bathroom Remodeling for the work done on our master bathroom. The remodeling included the conversion of a bathtub to the shower, installation of a new toilet, medicine cabinet,vanity top and faucet‘s. The demolition was done professionally with an absolute minimum of disruption and mess. The guys are really neat. Michael and Sean were professional and added many personal touches to the work being done. The project came in on budget and was done within the time promised. We made an appointment with Keith, to come give an estimate to remove old granite and replace with new quartz kitchen countertops. He was so friendly, helpful, funny and courteous. Keith’s estimate to do the work was much better than all others. Every time I had a question, I would either text or call Keith and he was willing to help right away. We decided to go ahead and choose our quartz slabs at MSI through Keith. The process was very simple and smooth. We even had enough quartz from our 2 slabs, so decided to add a new counter to a 2nd bath. Javier and two others came to do the demo and install, they worked quickly and efficiently and did a GREAT JOB. We are VERY pleased and HAPPY having our work done by Serrano’s Surfaces. Our countertops look FABULOUS. Thank you Keith and Javier for working with us. We will highly recommend you to all.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. We hired Brian for two different projects. He completed a cabinet installation botched by the cabinet company. The cabinet company left our kitchen island unfinished. Brian did a beautiful and very professional job. He matched colors and materials in kitchen island and the result was better than expected. The second project was to remove/replace our water heater. The install and removal were great. One year later we discovered a defect with the water heater that created a gas leak. We called Brian and he came out the next day with a replacement part and fixed the problem under the manufacturer’s warranty for the part ands his personal warranty for the labor. Both projects were done to our satisfaction. Brian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Alex and his team are professional, efficient and clean as you go. Alex is a great communicator and is timely with his projects. He completes your project within the timeline agreed upon and within budget which I appreciate. I have recommended him to others and they have also been happy with his work. I have used him on several projects and have other projects booked in the near future for various trades, drywall, granite install, tile work, flooring, plumbing and painting. Roof problem

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!

Called and discussed what I needed help with. Yossi told me to text him pics. I did that day - a week ago, and never heard back. If you want a handyman who will follow through, you'll need to go somewhere else.
