Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

I am so glad I decided to go with Maxum for my kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. The communication was top notch, the workers kept the space clean as best they could and were very respectful. My questions were always answered on a timely manner and they made it seem like a breeze. I highly recommend them for any of your remodel projects. I will be using them again. Thanks guys!

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Rob was really nice but Joe did not deliver on any of Rob's promises. Subs never knew what to do and repeatedly came out with the wrong or no equipment or hardware. Shower glass had to be redone because they cut a random slit into the ponywall cap and just left it there hoping we would not notice. Nothing was ever done right the first time and when we pointed it out Joe always found a shortcut that looked terrible and only further delayed the project. The simple bathroom remodel took 8 months! I do NOT recommend!

Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

Amazing work and professional staff! Dion has a great crew, and the were quick and respectful of my home. I recently had flooring replaced in my home, and I couldn't be happier! I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

We received great service from this company. They replaced our roof and painted the interior of our home. We also had new carpet installed. They answered our questions , addressed any concerns and made us happy. I really appreciated their professionalism.

We lived in our bedrooms while Yourson remodeled the rest of our home. We weren’t sure if this was going to work, but with their help it did. The experience was painless. Every step of the way from picking out fixtures to paint colors was so easy with their help. We felt so comfortable with their crews as the remodel went along. Every suggestion they made was spot on. They raised ceilings, moved duct work, took out a kitchen wall, insulated the attic, put in porcelain tile flooring, gave us new storage areas, and lots more. Again, we were able to live in the house while this was all done. Attention to detail was evident. They really do become like family and they take extra care like you would for your family. We were so happy with how it turned out that the following summer we had them remodel our bathrooms. We left for a number of weeks while this was done and the finished looks were outstanding. They took our 1960’s home and brought it into today’s modern look. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with Yourson Contracting and every person who works there.
