Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment to the final walk through each step of the way exceeded our expectations!! Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication and attention to detail, scheduling of each part of the remodel and the the quality of work completed was exactly as promised. Home remodel projects can get off track with problems or issues and we were pleased that our whole remodel was right on track or completed earlier than expected. We were always informed of any slight change of plan and the communication through the whole process was outstanding. Thank you Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend! We LOVE our new home! This company has some very good qualities. The sales staff are very professional on the front end of the remodel . Ryan was very professional and helped us along the way . He worked with us to select the materials and helped with the design for our complete bathroom remodel . The man that installed the tile in the shower and the floor was a true professional. Excellent. One of the reasons for choosing this company was their claim of having a daily schedule. They do have a daily schedule but they either don't follow the schedule or they change it at will. I do understand that things happen but the schedule became laughable. Communication with the project manager was always a problem. Projected time given for remodel was 6 weeks and still not completed at 12 weeks. Billing system does not work because you cannot pay online . Biggest disappointment is the schedule and that our remodel is still not done.....

From the beginning to the end Neoteric Builders LLC is a great company to work with. They did an excellent job. They are professional and clean. I'm very satisfied and love my new kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I highly recommend Paul and his team!

Nothing but positive things to say about ArDan and specifically TJ & Vinnie. The quote process at the start was quick and transparent. Right before the job started we threw a change into the mix and TJ didn’t miss a beat. Communication between the GC and you for a remodel/flooring job is crucial to know what’s going on and whether it’s tracking in time. These guys have daily updates when work was in progress and the overall communication exceeded my standards. And I have high standards. Looking forward to using ArDan again for a master bath overhaul.

She was very professional and detailed in explaining everything from the products used, the installation process and listening to our vision of our new cabinets. Would recommend not only the company but her specifically. Looking forward to the project!

We used Atelier507 to remodel the tiling of our master bathroom shower, add a niche, and update the water fixtures. Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive, provided 3D renderings of what the final look would be and would update the renderings for any detail we want to add/remove/adjust. Atelier507 also provided progress photos during and after the project. They did an excellent job and were very professional. We are very satisfied with the final look of our shower. I highly recommend using them!

Absolutely Amazing, and better result than I expected. I liked the footprint of my kitchen as well as the granite, so it made sense to look at re-facing. I met with Dan several times, and settled on a color, style and glass for several of the cabinet doors. His team was amazing! They were here on time, cleaned up every evening so that I could still use the kitchen, and they were respectful of my time as I work from home.

We just completed a kitchen and flooring remodel with Luxury Remodels.
The design team was great! They worked within our budget, finished on time and were very communicative throughout the entire process! Our house looks brand new and we plan to use Luxury Remodels again when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms.

Everardo, Jose and the entire crew at Rhino Construction, and subcontractors for specific jobs, have our highest recommendation. Last year they helped us repair our interiors, kitchen and full bathroom reno after flooding and mold remediation so this year we enlisted them in an entire backyard project. With nothing but dirt, rotting overhang and broken cement patio they did everything, from demo and shed moving to adding a sliding glass door (and other doors and window), pavers, landscaping, grass, roof, trim, gutters and exterior and interior prep and painting. They also added the tile to the inground spa we had installed. Their techs got everything done with excellent work and on our time frame. But the best part is they work with you and as your project evolves they adjust with you, and can also help solve problems with older houses and make recommendations as needed. I was able to work with businesses of my choice to pick the hardscape, detail tiles and plant materials to design all aspects of the project to our aesthetics and budget. Rhino picked up and installed things as we wanted them to be and always cleaned up completely. It turned out better than we had hoped and they are our go to company for all our home improvement and repair needs!

D&D construction is the best General Contractor we have ever worked with in two states and five houses over the last fifty years. They are honorable and professional and will do whatever is necessary to make the job right and to the satisfaction of the homeowners. They stand behind the work of their subcontractors and will take on any job large or small. We would give “the Boss” Dion Horton our highest accolades and a ten in overall performance.
