Top notch, sensitive work!

Todd Whittaker Drywall did a small remodel In our master bedroom, and from the day Todd came out to talk to us about the project, we felt very comfortable using his company to schedule the work. The estimate was fair and timely even though we had a couple of change orders. We can't say enough about his staff who worked relentlessly from the time they arrived to the time their day was finished. Their cleanup was exceptional! Our project was completed on time based on their original estimated work days. We are very pleased with the finished project, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you, Todd, we are one of your Happy Customers!

Let me start off by saying, I rarely give company reviews. With that said, I can't say enough good things about Holtzman Home Improvement. Holtzman remodeled my kitchen and completed the project in December of 2021.

The work was impeccable and the finished project is AMAZING! Honestly, This is a family owned and operated business that cares about the customers and their work product. That's hard to come by these days. Holtzman is not the cheapest company and However, you get what you pay for.

They have detailed bids and billing, will never try to collect 50% or 75% of project costs up front, and offer premium services and products. I will continue to refer people to Holtzman and sing their song.

If you have an issue regarding warranty work with Brandon and his team is always there. Their warranty is 5 years. I have done multiple projects with Home Home improvement and they always stand by their work no matter what you need. You can definitely count on this company and trust their suggestions to make sure your project is successful.

From the beginning to the end Neoteric Builders LLC is a great company to work with. They did an excellent job. They are professional and clean. I'm very satisfied and love my new kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I highly recommend Paul and his team!

Veny went out of his way to bring me samples on the day that I took my mother to her eye appointment. He actually met me in the parking lot. Now that’s service!!!!
My first choice of quartz was no longer available so he found another sample that was perfect.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

We did a major remodel of our house with Legacy and they were great to work with. Professional, courteous and most important they did the job right. Debbie was amazing and patient. She and helped us find the selections and colors that gave the house a modern look and matched our tastes. I would give 0 if I could. I sincerely wish that we had the positive experiences that other reviewers seem to have had... it is hard to believe they dealt with the same company. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience.

We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more.

To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix.

We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family.

The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and touch up work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible.

Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower.

He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied.

The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The under cabinet lighting was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets.

Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning.

When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our new toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up.

We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was trying to run a business, that it wasn't worth it to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a million dollar project that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last.

I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

My brother recommended Santa Cruz remodeling to me and they gave me a great price compared to other contractors I called. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need for my kitchen and it looks amazing now. I always get compliments on my new countertop and cabinets. I have a lot of respect for the way Ellie and Ivan do business, they always put the customer first!!

Tony and his crew were very professional, cleaned up after themselves daily, easy to work with. Had good ideas and at a very reasonable price. Would use this company again for any remodeling job.

I was very impressed with Dan and the crew. I had been having some problems with contractors and my kitchen and bath project was basically rescued by this company. The materials are top quality. The crew were very professional and tidy. The disruption was minimal. There were a couple of small issues as do arise with any job and they were addressed swiftly and professionally. My kitchen is now beautiful and I love it. I heartily recommend Better Than New!

Have lived in north central for the past 20 years, I had heard about the steller reputation of Kirk Development. Had a kitchen and master bath remodel from Kirk and we couldn't be more happy. The entire process went very smoothly. They came up with innovative designs at a very fair and reasonable price. The workers were very respectful and took extreme care to keep things neat, clean and orderly.
With mom visititing often, Kirk also outfitted the home with senior citizen upgrades with wider doorways etc. Was impressed the Kirk was one of the few contractors in the area who was specifically certified in these senior upgrades.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

We worked with Lux in 2018 and had a horrible experience with our bathroom renovation. We found them to be arrogant and pushy, without the expertise to help our project turn out well. They used a sealant on the marble floor that turned the marble darker, and mixed up the grout color on the floor/wall. It seemed like they were more concerned with getting our project done quickly than anything else. While I appreciated the organized, assembly-line approach from an efficiency perspective, it was not the type of remodeling service we were expecting and we did not like the way the project was turning out. We lost 15K when it was all said and done, and then had to start the whole project over with another contractor! It seems as if some of the team has changed since that time, but my husband and I would definitely not recommend!!

I was very impressed with the COVID precautions taken durning my project. Everyone that entered my home had mask on and was very kind and courteous Dion address all of my questions before and during the process. I am very please with the French door installation, the slabs of concrete to extend my patio, installation and wiring for a ceiling fan, along with removing a wall in my kitchen. I definitely look forward to working with D&D construction again when I am ready to do my bathrooms. Remodeling can be stressful especially during these times I am thankful that D&D construction was able to make me feel safe and gave me piece of mind during the entire process

During a very difficult COVID-19 environment, the leadership team, designer and installation crew provided outstanding customer service. They placed their trust in us, the customer, by being attentive to what we wanted, not what they wanted for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. The larger part of the project was a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry room, installation of new cabinets, storage units, appliances, counter tops, backsplash, electrical and plumbing.

Our goal was to update an 11 year old kitchen to make it brighter and more functional. Mission accomplished. We have a beautiful, brighter, and much more functional kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms thanks to both our Designer Aimee and Project Manager Kent. As we look back, its important to note how Premier treated us with care and respect. They were resolved to leave us with complete satisfaction with our project.
