Best Living Room Flooring Installation in Phoenix AZ

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Phoenix Home Remodel just completed our Master Bathroom remodel and we could not be happier with everything that they did and how they do it. They have a process all set up so you are kept in the loop for the entire remodel. And they will not start the remodel until all components are ordered and received which makes for a really smooth and quick remodel once they start. Rodrigo was our designer and was super helpful in picking out fixtures and providing many choices and advice. Ben and Mark were our project managers and were always very responsive and always let us know when they would arrive and what they would be doing and kept project running smoothly. Lupe did a great job on the tile work and you can tell he is very good at everything tile. Scott did a great job installing the shiplap. And Roy did a great job with the cabinets. I would highly recommend Phoenix Home Remodeling and look forward to using them again when we do our guest bathroom.

From the expertise of the planners and designer to the top notch workmanship of all the craftsmen, the project finished on time and under budget. Remodeling involves some mess, but the workers were respectful of our needs and sought our input when necessary. We experienced no setbacks and the final walk through went smoothly. 123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Our experience with ABA Home Remodeling was great. We had our master bath and second bath both remodeled. The entire process from measuring, to design to installation was handled professionally and completed in a neat and timely fashion. I enjoyed working with Rob, Joe and their crew! We really love the results and would definitely use them again for future renovations.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

We hired Brian for two different projects. He completed a cabinet installation botched by the cabinet company. The cabinet company left our kitchen island unfinished. Brian did a beautiful and very professional job. He matched colors and materials in kitchen island and the result was better than expected. The second project was to remove/replace our water heater. The install and removal were great. One year later we discovered a defect with the water heater that created a gas leak. We called Brian and he came out the next day with a replacement part and fixed the problem under the manufacturer’s warranty for the part ands his personal warranty for the labor. Both projects were done to our satisfaction. Brian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

We recently decided to upgrade and remodel portions of our home including replacement of most of the floor. Kitchen & Bath Remodeling was recommended to us by Joey at A World of Tile on Speedway. Tyson from Kitchen & Bath Remodeling called us right away to schedule an initial meeting and plan the project. The project required removing approximately 1600 square feet of old tile and underlying thinset which took about a week of very nasty and dusty work. But Diego and Lester were up to the task and did a great job of removing the old tile. Then for the next two weeks Diego and Lester laid the new wood-look planks of porcelain tile. Tyson and his crew of Diego and Lester were very professional and highly skilled. We are very happy with their work and the new floor is beautiful ! Needless to say we highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Remodeling…an excellent company.

Recently had an interior door widened to permit wheelchair access at my son's group home. Republic West sent a terrific carpenter to do the job. He arrived promptly and immediately prepared the area to keep it as clean as possible. He worked steadily and efficiently during the three hours and the final job is excellent. When finished, he was quite thorough in cleaning up the mess. No one could guess this was not the original door, frame, and moulding. Assuming his work is indicative of the quality of remodeling done by Republic West, I will recommend them to others. (P.S. Our wheelchair users send a great big THANK YOU!)

We have used Lon for two major redesign projects (kitchen and bath) in the last few years. We couldn’t be more pleased! Lon and his crew were attentive to our needs/changes and worked hard to overcome two big challenges (gas line and plumbing overhaul) that came up during the projects. His crew was great to work with and above all they’re quality craftsmen! I would highly recommend using them and we certainly will on our next project.

Today we had Travis at our house. He modified our wall oven cabinet to fit a new oven we're getting. He also fixed an area of our eave where the wood had been cut out for new electric service. He was cooperative, friendly and knew what he was doing. We've used their services several times now and have been very happy with the results each time.
