I can’t say enough wonderful things about Phoenix Home Remodeling! I love my new bathroom. The whole team is incredibly professional, and each person on it excels in their area of expertise. Jeremy has established a wonderful system and provides so much valuable information and I love the software system he uses. I always felt well-informed, and my questions and requests were responded to quickly. Jason, the Designer, took my few ideas and came up with a design that was both beautiful and highly functional. The guys who did the work – Ben, Mark, Garin and all of the others - worked so hard, their work was perfection, and before they left every day, the area was clean and organized. I’ve heard of people so tired of having workers in their house and problems associated with remodels, but these guys were so great, professional and the whole process was so easy and went so fast! The team at Homework Remodels are the consummate professionals. From the beginning of the process, Steve and his teams quality of work & attention to detail were superb. The design team worked with me to ensure every idea was developed fully, and the follow through & workmanship was fantastic. We even called a couple of audibles along the way, which were implemented seamlessly. I would hire Homework Remodels again without hesitation!

TWD really got me out of a jam when an inspector discovered a damaged attic truss in my condo attic. Facing a short turnaround time to sell my condo, I searched the Internet to find an available repair company licensed to do residential structural repairs. TWD responded to my request and understood my short timeframe. Within a few days they had inspected all of the trusses, taken several photos, and given me a plan for repair. They set me up with their online project site where I could track their progress and download photos. All contacts by phone and in person were friendly and professional.

A few days later the repairman came over. He covered the floor and walls surrounding the attic entrance. While making the repairs, he photographed each step, and was done and gone within an hour.

I forwarded the photos and the project contract and receipt to my realtor, putting to rest any concerns the buyer might have.

In summary, this was a simple job costing me less than $400. Yet TWD treated me as if I was a long-time customer. I will certainly call them for remodeling work on my new home. I highly recommend their services.

Colton is very comfortable to work with and very flexible to accomodate what I needed. He has a very good design sense as well which I needed. I will be doing business with him again for sure!

Excellent construction remodel company. They got the job done very efficiently. The tile work they did is beautiful! The crew always cleaned up the job site after each days work. I was very impressed with the results. We remodeled two bathrooms and it went smoothly. Love XLT construction! I would definitely hire them again.

Very impressed with Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath! We have been working with Adrian and his team on a few projects. Extremely thorough, high quality, and high attention to detail! From the beginning, they have been very professional. They had even provided us renderings of what our bathroom would look like, with sample material. The bathroom turned out soooo nice (will upload photos soon!). We are very happy that we hired Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath. We absolutely love our new bathroom.

Republic West Widows and Doors was a terrible company! Does not honor their lifetime warranty, I guess that's why they're no longer in business because now they are under new ownership. Republic West Remodeling doesn't even want to work on their bad installation, even if I pay out of pocket because the job is less than $35k.
What a scam!

I highly recommend Home Improvements & Moore. Brian Moore and his crew of guys come on time, work hard all day, know what they are doing, communicate effectively (in English), leave the home clean every day, honor their estimates, and produce a fantastic finished result. They have done work in my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and back yard. I am happy with all of it and I am asking them to come back and do more. Brian is full of excellent ideas about how to accomplish goals and how to prioritize projects to stay within budget. He is a personable guy who is a pleasure to work with. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen, understand goals, and then suggest the best and most cost efficient ways to achieve those goals. I asked Brian to hold onto keys to my house between projects – while I wait a month for some doors I custom ordered to be delivered. Brian is a contractor I have hired for multiple jobs. I intend to hire him again. I am willing to trust him around my valuables unattended and with keys to my house. That is the highest endorsement I can give someone. If you hire him, you will be happy.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Lon has done two major projects at our house at different times. They completely remodeled our master bath and a year later replaced all of our flooring with wood-look porcelain tile. Lon's designs are amazing and the master bath and flooring are absolutely beautiful. Lon gives attention to every detail and added small things we never thought of and couldn't imagine doing any other way. We feel like we have a much bigger and more beautiful home. The workmanship is incredible. Lon expects and gets great work from a talented team of workmen. His assistant Peg is on top of every detail, and the communication is excellent. Communication is really important in massive remodels. We have recommended Shower and Bath to our friends and neighbors and wouldn't hesitate to have them do more work.

Jeremy and his team showed up to assemble furniture, hang art and curtains, etc for my sister and I.
First of all, he is wonderful at communicating. (Answered all our emails promptly, which impressed us, as we live out of the country.)
His attention to detail is top notch. He is a perfectionist at getting things straight!
Above all, his attitude shines. He has a positive energy, and is pleasant to others.
We hope to hire him again for future jobs!

Ed and Greg @ “The Remodeling Firm”, are awesome. Every time I go there, they are full of knowledge, conversation and great ideas. I really appreciate them.
I WOULD RECOMMEND

We contacted them to refloor a section of our house, we scheduled a rep to come. And they measured and we went down the following day to select tiles and they said they would contact us with a quote that never happened. We followed up 6 days later and they still have not responded.
