The remodeling included the conversion of a bathtub to the shower, installation of a new toilet, medicine cabinet,vanity top and faucet‘s. The demolition was done professionally with an absolute minimum of disruption and mess. The guys are really neat. Michael and Sean were professional and added many personal touches to the work being done. The project came in on budget and was done within the time promised. Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. We bought a house last fall that had a combination of wood floor, tile, old carpet, needed painting and major updating throughout. Kim and Dave helped us with the entire remodel, which include a bathroom remodel that we love. The primary challenge in the kitchen was the long, unappealing horizontal wall of cabinets. Kim and Dave provided us with a great way of breaking up the extensive wall of cabinets that we absolutely love (see before and after pictures below). Since we lived in Texas, we did a lot of communicating via phone, text, and email. Kim and Dave were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs, provided us with options, and also told us when our plans/ideas would not work and why. We loved working with them and their employees--all of whom were professional and trustworthy. We plan to work with them again in the future since we have another bathroom remodel we plan to do later.

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.
