Five 40 was hired to complete a 500 sq. ft. addition to the house. The addition included the construction of an entirely new bathroom. They were also completely remodeling the master suite. The staff was courteous and professional during the process.
We did have a few hiccups during the process, mostly due to supplier's inability to deliver components on time. Five40 was excellent in communicating the delays and working around them to the best of their ability.

I was very skeptical about hiring contractors in the area as I've had very bad experiences before. So thrilled to have found a handyman service we can trust and rely on. I am retired and cannot get on ladders or lift heavy objects. We chose ACE because of their reputation. Our handyman Chris Simmons was more like a technician. He explained everything he was going to do to properly install our ceiling fan and the job turned out perfect. He was cordial and on time and he checked in before coming to make sure we knew when he was arriving. I would not hesitate to use ACE handyman services again, and I will be requesting Chris again for sure!
