Homework Remodels did an outstanding job of renovating our 65 year old home, which was in a state of significant disrepair when we purchased it. The remodeling required a new roof, new electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, flooring, paint, plaster, fencing... They completed the job on a tight schedule so we could move in upon the sale of our previous home.
We were kept well informed of the progress and were involved in the process.
Five years later, the repairs/upgrades made by HomeworkRemodels have stood the test of time. We are extremely satisfied with their work.

We recently had a major remodeling project at our home completed by ArDan. They installed new windows and siding. ArDan is a top-notch company. Not only are they very trustworthy, but they are skilled and professional. They strive to do good work and aim to please.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

Working with Luxury Remodels was one of the best decisions I made last year. Initially, I was kinda nervous about switching contractors for my four bathrooms, but I'm so grateful I did because my bathrooms are awesome right now. Thanks to you guys. The team was super helpful with the estimating and material selections, and it made it easier for me. Their prices are reasonable for what you are getting, while they regularly updated me and kept me in the loop as the work went on. Everardo, Jose and the entire crew at Rhino Construction, and subcontractors for specific jobs, have our highest recommendation. Last year they helped us repair our interiors, kitchen and full bathroom reno after flooding and mold remediation so this year we enlisted them in an entire backyard project. With nothing but dirt, rotting overhang and broken cement patio they did everything, from demo and shed moving to adding a sliding glass door (and other doors and window), pavers, landscaping, grass, roof, trim, gutters and exterior and interior prep and painting. They also added the tile to the inground spa we had installed. Their techs got everything done with excellent work and on our time frame. But the best part is they work with you and as your project evolves they adjust with you, and can also help solve problems with older houses and make recommendations as needed. I was able to work with businesses of my choice to pick the hardscape, detail tiles and plant materials to design all aspects of the project to our aesthetics and budget. Rhino picked up and installed things as we wanted them to be and always cleaned up completely. It turned out better than we had hoped and they are our go to company for all our home improvement and repair needs!

D&D construction is the best General Contractor we have ever worked with in two states and five houses over the last fifty years. They are honorable and professional and will do whatever is necessary to make the job right and to the satisfaction of the homeowners. We used Handyman Connection to install a large multi-pane sliding glass door. We’d experienced a lot of delay and run-around with other contractors and the project had been left incomplete for months. The moment I met with Greg H. I felt reassured. I’m picky but he seemed more picky than I was. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He delivered quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and a reasonable price. A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

We received great service from this company. They replaced our roof and painted the interior of our home. We also had new carpet installed. They answered our questions , addressed any concerns and made us happy. I really appreciated their professionalism.

We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose’ arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop which had several complex angles involved, wasn’t fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose’ who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over,from the beginning, and we were very pleased in our choice.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
