Best Customized Design in Phoenix AZ

I had a Sales Consultant provide a quote on a small stucco job on January 18th. The consultant was nearly 2 hours late past HIS stated arrival time for the appointment. Upon reviewing the quote, it was nearly $700 more than the next “highest” bid. Needless to say, I did not go with TWD, as they obviously do not value the customer’s time or input. *Update* The owners are claiming to have time stamped photos. I have phone logs, showing the estimator didn’t arrive until nearly 2 hours after his stated arrival time. I got a phone call at 10:31 AM, saying he was on his was way (but didn’t actually arrive for nearly another 40 minutes as he “had to stop by the office”), so how is it possible for them to have time stamped photos of my house at 10:35?

Keith and his crew were incredible to work with! Very professional, courteous, and priced well. I couldn’t be happier with our countertops! As someone who has updated and remodeled several homes in the last few years, working with Keith was the easiest with the best result. They installed a bathtub for us in a bathroom that had only a walk-in shower.  The estimate for time and cost were both completely accurate.  They provided good guidance as we chose the tiles and the tub we wanted, and their work was professional and efficient.  We're really pleased with the results!.

Their design team gave us the multiple options for redesigning the kitchen. Over and above that, practical suggestions and recommendations. Recommended!

Once we took care of our initial payment to start the job, it all went really quick. Framers then electricians and drywall people, and then our flooring! All customized exactly how we wanted! Minimal disturbance, maximum results.

The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around.
