Best Complete Bathrooms in Phoenix AZ

Phoenix Home Remodeling recently remodeled my kitchen and master bath. Jeremy, Ben, and Mark are incredibly professional! We chose designer cabinets which take a bit longer, and the results are incredible and very high quality! Both the kitchen and master bath and many other projects they completed throughout my entire home are perfect and exactly how I dreamed they would turn out! Several friends and family have been to my newly remodeled home and they can’t get over how amazing it looks! The quality of the work is beyond my expectations! Phoenix Home Remodeling is a company I would definitely hire again; a truly top notch company!

I’ve used Custom Creative 3 times and on all occasions, I’ve been very happy with the results. The first time I used them was for a kitchen remodel. The second time was for a master bathroom remodel and the third time was for an interior paint job for the entire house. When it comes to remodeling, there’s nothing Custom Creative can’t do and they make the process as painless as possible. For all remodeling needs, I’m confident with Custom Creative throughout the entire process and trust them to get the job done right.

I inquired via email for a bathroom remodel and the guy who called back left an incredibly rude message. I’d never call them back let alone hire this jerk.

Had them out for 2 bids on different projects
1st bid- kitchen, came in 8k below other vendors but had limited cabinet selection so we opted elsewhere. Salesman was very nice

2nd bid- extension to home, asked for same salesman and was told he no longer worked there, no big deal, send the next guy. New guy shows up, asks lots of questions about the project and asks where budget needs to be. I give him a range and he leaves. Calls me that afternoon and refuses to give me the price over the phone, insists we meet in person. Arrives at 630am instead of 7 (called me at 615 to tell me he would be early). Shows up with a bid that is 23k above what I told him I needed to be at to even consider the job.

Keeps asking me what would it take to get the work after I tell him that's not affordable and we already had a better bid. Salesman then insists on questioning the other contractor and his qualifications rather than re-examining his numbers. Finally, he leaves (no mask on during either visits during the peak of COVID).

Calls me later to tell me him and the boss accidentally added a fee 2x and would now be 8k cheaper, but still over by 15k. Still not interested. His boss calls immediately after and leaves a voicemail asking for a run down of the other contractors bid because it's bizarre someone is cheaper.

Didn't hire them for either project and ended up blocking the salesman because he wouldn't take no for an answer.

Leaving 2 stars because the first experience was great and price was competitive.

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

Everyone always wants to call around to find the best contractor for remodeling your bathrooms but if you're looking to just get to the good part, skip all the others and make the call to Eric and Angela at Retro Pro. Why?

We couldn't be happier with the 4 bathrooms they remodeled for us. It was definitely worth the wait!

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. We love our new countertops.

The Apollo team built a beautiful enclosed bar in our game room. This project required demo of an existing smaller bar wall and a large closet to create the new space. From the beginning of the project to the end, Tyler and his team took great care to keep the project area clean and contained. The subcontractors used were professional and of the highest quality. The supervisor of this project communicated with us proactively and also responded to any questions we had along the way in a very timely manner. Most importantly, the end product is beautiful and we are very happy with our new bar.

Mike sent out a guy to rebuild my kitchen sink and the mess underneath, came out looking better than brand new, I am extremely satisfied with the service KB Remodeling provided me. THANKS GUYS!

We had a kitchen remodel in our Gilbert home and we’re so happy with how it turned out. Phoenix Home Remodeling had great communication, easy to work with and the remodel turned out beautiful.

I know how home renovations can be iffy but they were very professional and great at answering our questions and explaining next steps. thank you for the best kitchen remodel!

Kelley and his crew were fantastic. When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. All of the work was top quality and they finished way ahead of schedule. Finally, when it was almost time for my son to move in we realized hat we had forgotten a very important grab bar. Kelley got it ordered and installed before he moved in. I would highly endorse them!!!

I’m the owner of Best Concrete Co. and handle subcontractor work for Yourson Contracting LLC, while our partnership hasn’t been long, I can tell you that this contractor is a cut above the rest. They genuinely care not only about their clients, but also their subs, and that seems to be exceedingly rare these days. I’ve seen first hand the breath of experience and care to detail that they bring to their work. Having been in the construction industry for 15 years I would rate them among the best in the industry. In fact my wife and I are planning on using them on our custom home build within the next year.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.

Promised to get back with a quote for a design, never did. Do what you say you're going to do, don't lie to people. It's not that hard.
