Thank you so much for everything!! This company is amazing! I was a nervous wreck when we bought our first “fixer upper” home. I had no idea where to start or what to do. Jeremy was one of the only contractors that reached out to me, out of the many I contacted, calmed my nerves and walked me through ever step! My house feels like a different home! It’s beautiful, clean and everything is done to perfection!! I couldn’t imagine going with any one else! Thank you Phoenix Home Remodeling!!

We are so glad we selected Cornerstone cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Chris was exceptional in facilitating the design, cabinet, and finish selection. They were flexible when electric work took longer than anticipated and the installation was awesome. We could not be happier with the whole process and would strongly recommend Cornerstone to anyone seeking a cabinet contractor.

Russ was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. The total bill was reasonable and I plan to use them again for future renovations.

I flip homes and Serranos Surfaces did the granite for this home. This was a pretty good size job and they were amazing would highly recommend them.. Thank you Keith ?

In this long review I want to give you an idea of what we went through. Our remodeling project consisted of a new kitchen, new master bathroom and new entertainment center in the Arizona Room. Based on the significant dollar investment, our expectation was high level of quality in materials and labor, and meeting schedule commitments. Legacy Design Build Remodeling overall met these expectations.
They accomplished this by following their advertised process which consisted of.
(1) Project Analysis which was to really understand what we wanted to accomplish and discuss what that means to us in time and cost. They explain their process and we met the key people that would be involved in managing the project. This initial step really helped us understand the full scope of work and funding that our wants created.
(2) Pre-Build and Permitting Phase was our most enjoyable because this was the design phase of the project. We were fortunate to work with Jeremy, who had particularly good design ideas. He spent as much time as we needed until we had acceptable drawings. As part of this phase, we decided to use the vendors that they recommended. It turned out to be the right decision. We selected all the cabinets from Solid Cabinetry which is a Phoenix based cabinet manufacturer. What we got was high quality custom level cabinets at a production manufacturer price. We were able to go to the manufacturing site and select what we specifically wanted in style and color. Next we went to ProSource to select our tiles, trims. We worked with Katie who is a fabulous designer. From there we went to Hughes Supply where we had a great selection of plumbing fixtures, cabinet handles, etc. We worked with Kare, a great designer and extremely knowledgeable about pluming products. We then went to Arizona Fireplace to select our new fireplace. We got exactly what we wanted.
Finally, we went to The Yard to select our countertops. What a superb selection they had at very reasonable costs. This was 3 days of enjoyable shopping, learning about different styles, functionality and product quality.
(3) Building is the demolition and construction phase. In this phase they assigned a Project Superintendent who, on a daily basis, managed and coordinated the construction schedule, workforce and oversaw work quality. If you are familiar with construction projects, you know that nothing goes totally as planned. So we had our share of minor delays, missing materials and redoes and some frustrations. The great news is Craig, our Super, handled everything, kept us informed and at the end we had what we had originally deigned for and wanted. While the management team was first class, you don’t get quality deliverables if the hands-on works aren’t good. Well Legacy has the finest Master Carpenters, Cabinet and Iron works people I have ever met. Floyd, our Master Carpenter, who installed our cabinets and did other trim work treated this project like he was doing his own home and his wife was looking over his shoulder. He checked, measured, touched up every cabinet, cabinet door and door handle until it was 100% perfect. We were satisfied with the quality a lot sooner than Floyd.
(4) Closeout is the final walkthrough which went quickly and easily. The main reason is that Ritch, Production Manager had everything 100% complete. This included the Punch List (of only 5 minor items), the financial reconciliation and a completely clean, painted and polished areas that was the construction site.
Now we are enjoying our remodeled home knowing that we have a 2 years warranty for anything. You just can’t go wrong with a company that ensures quality of workmanship and products throughout their process which includes the vendors and subcontractors.

True to their word!! Luxury Remodel is a professional company from the design team to the finished product.I’d especially like to thank Sean Stewart, our project manager. He was fantastic to work with and always had a smile on his face. He followed through on all of our requests; he was available and responsive to text or phone calls. He and/or his crew cleaned up and vacuumed every evening. And kept us informed daily on CoConstruct which was very helpful when we traveled. But best of all, Sean, Jack and Robert ( the cabinet guys) delivered us a most beautiful kitchen. Jack and Robert have integrity in their work and delivered us custom made cabinets that look professionally done. Thank you to all of these guys. Luxury Remodel is the real deal.

We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose’ arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop which had several complex angles involved, wasn’t fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose’ who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over,from the beginning, and we were very pleased in our choice.

ABA remodeled my home - kitchen, baths, new flooring, raised kitchen ceiling, rerouted HVAC, new windows and doors plus more. It has been transformed into a tranquil and beautiful space! Joe's attention to detail such as tile baseboards in the bathroom, granite window sill in the kitchen, and tiling the complete area before installing cabinets and closet doors are some of the small details that make this home stand out. Several people have commented that my home feels very open and peaceful and it's only 1200 square feet! I can't decide which is my favorite - my zero threshold shower or the large wall of windows in the living room. Joe kept me informed of next steps and when the unexpected happened, his crew was ready with a solution. The demo/tile crew impressed me so much! He always used his level as he laid the floor out in a herringbone pattern. Check out the before and after pics! They speak for themselves.

From the moment we walked into Hunt's we knew these guys were for us. They took the time to listen to our ideas and budget, to come out to the construction site to get a better sense of the space, and to solve a challenging job with creative design. The design and cabinets look awesome and the cost was exactly what we were expecting. No hard sell or pressure for unnecessary upgrades. Everything was very clearly explained by Jeff and Josh and they are very responsive. We are 100% satisfied and will be back for the guest house design.

My kitchen came out beautiful. Thanks to Bill, and his wonderful crew. They were all very friendly, and did a wonderful job.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Johan is simply the best! He is a pleasure to work with, honest, extremely hard working, very skilled, prompt and very concerned about his customers needs. We took out our bathtub and shower and put in a new shower and vanity area. We also replaced all of our countertops with quartz. My wife has gone into our bathroom just to look about 10 times daily and comes out with a huge smile each time. Cannot recommend Johan high enough in our minds!

I’m the owner of Best Concrete Co. and handle subcontractor work for Yourson Contracting LLC, while our partnership hasn’t been long, I can tell you that this contractor is a cut above the rest. They genuinely care not only about their clients, but also their subs, and that seems to be exceedingly rare these days. I’ve seen first hand the breath of experience and care to detail that they bring to their work. Having been in the construction industry for 15 years I would rate them among the best in the industry. In fact my wife and I are planning on using them on our custom home build within the next year.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
