Best Air Conditioning Installation / Repair in Phoenix AZ

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. We had a large crack in our exterior stucco that was getting large with time. It was determined that the two existing materials where not properly joined to prevent the cracking. Tood Whittaker Drywall did a fantastic job repairing the crack. The Repair person ensured everything in the work area was protected from damage. Excellent workmanship, I would highly recommend

I wanted to share pictures of our 2016 shower remodel from Custom Creative Remodeling. As you can see our shower grout has melted away like butter even though we were sold a upgrade for Fusion grout that was supposed to be waterproof. You can see that after not even 5 years my shower will need to be replaced, as I have water seeping through my grout, cracks in my tile and the flooring is popping out. I actually went with the most expensive bid hoping to get quality work but, now having to start over before the 5 year mark.
