She was diligent in calling me to set up an appointment! Toni was there to guide me every step of the way. What I noticed about her was that she is very patient and understanding and SUPER knowledgeable about various product lines! She even educated me on the wear layer of the vinyl which is very important to know. I had a hard time deciding what I liked and she carefully listened as I expressed the design and color. Bingo! She nailed it with a product line called SPC. I love it! ❤️
As busy as she was, she made it a priority to always get back to me in a timely fashion. She’s sweet and kind too! ?

CONCLUSION:
At times I thought I was bugging these guys with my questions but they reassured me it was okay and they would continue to help me find the right product.
