I am not blowing smoke when I say this squad absolutely crushed our kitchen and flooring remodel. Kyle and his team provided top quality work with the utmost professionalism. My wife and I relocated to Gilbert, AZ from California in December 2021. We purchased a house that needed updating and promptly started looking for local contractors because we wanted to remodel prior to fully moving in. During our research, we came across Capital Mark Interiors. We were absolutely astonished by the projects showcased on the website, and we knew that we wanted to snag this team for our remodel. From California, sight unseen, we called and hired Kyle prior to even meeting him. Our phone consultation was super professional and we could tell that he was as knowledgeable and experienced as they come. He put us on the books for an opening in March. Within weeks of us hiring him, his team won a national acclamation for one of their kitchen designs. Talk about stellar timing. We entrusted our kitchen remodel with Kyle and his team, and because of the demand brewing for his services we went ahead and hired them for our bathroom remodels for an opening coming up in July. We did this before the kitchen remodel had even started. This is the vibe we got just from chatting with Kyle. We knew that we could expect high quality and that his team would deliver. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+. Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer! The Apollo team built a beautiful enclosed bar in our game room. This project required demo of an existing smaller bar wall and a large closet to create the new space. From the beginning of the project to the end, Tyler and his team took great care to keep the project area clean and contained. The subcontractors used were professional and of the highest quality. The supervisor of this project communicated with us proactively and also responded to any questions we had along the way in a very timely manner. Most importantly, the end product is beautiful and we are very happy with our new bar.

Oustanding Job! Wonders of Wood did an amazing job on our kitchen cabinets. The crew was absolutely phenomenal. They were timely, professional, extremely hard working, and paid attention to every detail. I can't say enough about how happy I am with how our cabinets turned out. The paint job is so smooth and silky, and looks fantastic. Absolute perfection! I'm so glad I went with this company.

In the past 20 years, we have lived through three large remodel projects with three different contractors. McCurdy construction is by far the best. During the process of meeting with contractors for estimates, we were impressed with Tom Haberman's knowledge and really appreciated his ideas on what we could do. None of the other contractors discussed options that we never thought of or dreamed was possible. Once on board with McCurdy, we met with Tom and the design team at McCurdy's show room. Leyda and Kaitlyn were also very knowledgeable, had great ideas and made it a fun experience. Fortunately we didn't have to live in the house during construction but came by every day to see the progress. Rob and his crew were incredibly polite, respectful and flexible with us popping in. With the major work behind them, the attention to detail in finishing up small things, many of which we didn't even see, continued to leave us with a sense of complete and total satisfaction that we chose the right company. My older brother has worked in construction most of his life and he agreed that we had the best of the best on our project. Previous experiences with contractors left much to be desired with communication but there was never a lapse in updates on progress or work to be scheduled. My expectations were exceeded and we are extremely pleased with the results. Photos are from the same perspective before and after construction.

David and his team did a great job with our quartz counter tops. He was very detail with the installation. We will recommend his company to all our friends.

We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - and after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodel team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped steer us in the right direction, gave us a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to pick out tile, granite, etc.. They also listening to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have already engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).”

The absolute WORST experience my family has ever had purchasing anything. We bought the cabinets back in February and were told they would arrive April 15th. They were delayed until May (things happen, we were very understanding). Since we were told May, we gutted our kitchen to prepare for the cabinets. May came around no cabinets, late May no cabinets. We were then told June, June came around, also no cabinets. Late June no cabinets. We were then promised July and a small refund for the inconvenience we have them promising all these things in emails and phone calls. We have yet to receive that small refund and we received the cabinets July 7th. They made one of the cabinets with the drawer and door on the wrong side, missing panels, and unpainted sides. We were then told it would take them ANOTHER MONTH to get the cabinets painted. It is now August 26th and they haven’t reached out at all, radio silence. We have been living with no functioning kitchen for 4 months. FOUR MONTHS NO KITCHEN, we wash dishes outside and have been forced to create a makeshift “kitchen”. Their customer service is so unbelievably horrible. Please do not think these bad reviews are one off, their bad reviews are 100% accurate and are similar to our experience. Unfortunately we didn’t read into their reviews much before we purchased. Please save yourselves the headaches and the money.

WOW? They did my bar area and installed 11 feet floating shelfs exactly how I wanted made and done. They where behind schedule one day but they make it up filling the mini fridge they installed with my favorite beers and sodas. I can’t complain on anything. Next work: The kitchen renovation.

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out and we discussed options. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.

We have had Qualtire Plumbing do both residential and commercial work for us. They have always been timely, a good value and always providing great customer service. We have recommended several times and have the same feedback each time.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!

This company is awful and do not provide quality customer service.
