The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

We hired Brian for two different projects. He completed a cabinet installation botched by the cabinet company. The cabinet company left our kitchen island unfinished. Brian did a beautiful and very professional job. He matched colors and materials in kitchen island and the result was better than expected. The second project was to remove/replace our water heater. The install and removal were great. One year later we discovered a defect with the water heater that created a gas leak. We called Brian and he came out the next day with a replacement part and fixed the problem under the manufacturer’s warranty for the part ands his personal warranty for the labor. Both projects were done to our satisfaction. Brian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

Dreamy Draw did a great job on my lower kitchen cabinent and counter top install. They were very professional from start to finish. There were a few things that needed attention but they quickly got me scheduled and sent someone out to address my issues. Pricing was very competitive too. Overall I’m happy with their service and would recommend them!

I received estimates from several companies. I went with Home Concepts because they do not contract out their installers. Also, I felt comfortable working with a family owned and operated Arizona business.

We had the perfect experience. Eric was incredibly professional. He set realistic expectations, did not over commit and definitely went above and beyond. Our project was completed ahead of schedule. That may not be the case for all their projects, I can assure you they will certainly do their best! Eric was also involved through the entire project. Premier was referred to me by a family member. The entire process was fantastic from design to install. My master bath is a large and the counter/cabinets is fairly odd shaped. They were able to offer design choices I would have never thought of and made the space much more functional and beautiful. The installers were amazing - I was able to move out of the master bedroom during the construction and they layed down protective coverings on the floor from the entry of the house all the way to the bathroom and hung plastic sheeting in the entry way to keep the dust contained and to a minimum. Always conscientious of their surroundings and my time (I still work from home so they let me know if major construction was going to occur). The construction is high quality and done to perfection . . . . and the tile!!! Cesar knows his stuff!! - I cannot imagine using anyone else for any kind of remodel. Kym, Kent, William, Martin, and Cesar - I got the A++ team for sure!

We used West Valley Kitchen and Bath for a major remodel project in our home. They took care of all our needs including replacing flooring, removing walls, designing and building a new kitchen and media wall, updating three baths and all new paint. The quality of the work was top notch and I would highly recommend them. Kim & Dave are honest and super easy to work with and have become good friends in the process.

I am not blowing smoke when I say this squad absolutely crushed our kitchen and flooring remodel. Kyle and his team provided top quality work with the utmost professionalism. My wife and I relocated to Gilbert, AZ from California in December 2021. This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.

Johan is simply the best! He is a pleasure to work with, honest, extremely hard working, very skilled, prompt and very concerned about his customers needs. We took out our bathtub and shower and put in a new shower and vanity area. We also replaced all of our countertops with quartz. My wife has gone into our bathroom just to look about 10 times daily and comes out with a huge smile each time. Cannot recommend Johan high enough in our minds!

Kelley and his crew were fantastic. When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. All of the work was top quality and they finished way ahead of schedule. Finally, when it was almost time for my son to move in we realized hat we had forgotten a very important grab bar. Kelley got it ordered and installed before he moved in. I would highly endorse them!!!
