Renovation and Design Concepts transformed my dated and unattractive kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary and functional heart-of-the-home. The RDC Gals worked with me at every strategic point. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

We had a great experience with Better Bath Remodeling. Michael was very easy to work with and his flexibility allowed us to stay within budget. We had the good fortune to work with Martin. He kept us in the loop throughout and collaborated closely with us on all of the details. A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

I highly recommend Home Improvements & Moore. Brian Moore and his crew of guys come on time, work hard all day, know what they are doing, communicate effectively (in English), leave the home clean every day, honor their estimates, and produce a fantastic finished result. They have done work in my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and back yard. I am happy with all of it and I am asking them to come back and do more. Brian is full of excellent ideas about how to accomplish goals and how to prioritize projects to stay within budget. He is a personable guy who is a pleasure to work with. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen, understand goals, and then suggest the best and most cost efficient ways to achieve those goals. I asked Brian to hold onto keys to my house between projects – while I wait a month for some doors I custom ordered to be delivered. Brian is a contractor I have hired for multiple jobs. I intend to hire him again. I am willing to trust him around my valuables unattended and with keys to my house. That is the highest endorsement I can give someone. If you hire him, you will be happy.

My shower went from functional and ok to WOW in 2 days! Installer was on time, super friendly and unlike so many contractors, cleaned up between day 1 and day 2 and left our home clean when he left. The service and product are truly superior. I highly recommend Home Concepts!!

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.

Installers did not seal the granite after installing as the owners promised. Also, as a result of cutting the cabinet away for the new farmhouse sink, they left half-inch gaps on both sides of the sink. They did not advise us that gaps would be there based on the design of the existing cabinetry. If they would have suggested this before installing, we would have gotten a different sink. Now it is too late because the granite was cut to accommodate the sink we got. We called the owners to report this, Raul said it WASN’T THEIR FAULT, it’s just the way our cabinets were originally built. I said this was not acceptable and asked if he would allow this in his own house. He told me it will be too expensive to send any workers out to resolve the issue, as it would come out of his own pocket. He recommended I just fill in the gaps with some trim. (Ok, but aren’t I talking to the person I just paid $2300 to resolve issues like this?!). There were several other miscommunications throughout this project, but this review is already long enough. Bottom line: first and LAST time ever using “L&M Granite” or “Home Boost Remodels” (company goes by multiple names). They may be cheaper than other guys, but they are not licensed or bonded and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you have any issues with their work you will have zero recourse.

I think this company is out of business. I left three messages over the course of three weeks seeking an appt to get modifications done for a disability. I heard nothing and cannot believe there are any five star reviews. Maybe if they were actually in business they could get five stars. Although their voice mail says Independence Home Remodel and this is Mike they do not appear to be in business since they do not answer their phone or return voice messages. They do not deserve your money - either they don't need your work or are actually out of business.
