What a great experience! Lorrie's design ideas were perfect. We got to the point during the project that we just told her to do what she thought was best, because her ideas were always so spot on. It turned out amazing. And on the construction side, I've never seen a construction company that was so dedicated to following their schedule for completion, always keeping us posted on where things stood, constant cleanliness, and perfectionists on the work being done. I met with Eric Raskin of Authentic Custom Cabinets about new kitchen cabinetry. The kitchen had already been designed and Authentic was given a write up with photos detailing the complete layout and everything that was required. Authentic agreed to supply all cabinetry as per the write up for a total of $35,722.50. Additionally, since Authentic did not do installation Raskin agreed to personally bring in his installer and arrange for and oversee the installation if I agreed to buy the cabinetry from Authentic. Prior to signing a contract I confirmed everything in writing. However, after I signed the contract and gave them a deposit of $17,861.25 Raskin notified me that Authentic’s position was that their contract voided everything they had promised and agreed to, both verbal and in writing, to make the sale and that they would not honor the agreement they had made with me. Authentic now demanded an additional $4,000 to supply all the cabinetry required by the write up and informed me that Raskin would have nothing to do with the installation. Raskin wrote in an email “This Contract Agreement has in no way any connection to any said write up agreement…Our Contract clearly states that it supersedes any and all other agreements, whether written or oral. I do not have any recommendation for an installer...You will be required to hire your own installer.” I insisted that Authentic and Raskin either abide by our original agreement or refund my deposit money. They refused. I was forced to hire an attorney and file a lawsuit, District Court Clark County, Nevada Case No. A-20-816744-C, which is a matter of public record. Nevada requires these cases go to arbitration first. The arbitrator heard the case and ruled in my favor and ordered Authentic to refund my deposit. Authentic refused to abide by the arbitrator’s decision and appealed the case thereby requiring a full trial. The trial took place and the trial judge also ruled in my favor and ordered Authentic to refund my deposit. The judge wrote in his decision “As to Authentic’s alleged breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, the Pro Tempore Judge concludes that Authentic acted so cavalierly, so dismissive, and so recklessly … that it contravened the very intention and spirit of the Contract.” I am now trying to collect the money awarded by the court. I went to another Cabinet company and they supplied and installed the exact same product at a cost that was lower than what Authentic would have received even if they had honored the original agreement they made.

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Rob was really nice but Joe did not deliver on any of Rob's promises. Subs never knew what to do and repeatedly came out with the wrong or no equipment or hardware. Shower glass had to be redone because they cut a random slit into the ponywall cap and just left it there hoping we would not notice. Nothing was ever done right the first time and when we pointed it out Joe always found a shortcut that looked terrible and only further delayed the project. The simple bathroom remodel took 8 months! I do NOT recommend!

I was very impressed with the COVID precautions taken durning my project. Everyone that entered my home had mask on and was very kind and courteous Dion address all of my questions before and during the process. I am very please with the French door installation, the slabs of concrete to extend my patio, installation and wiring for a ceiling fan, along with removing a wall in my kitchen. I definitely look forward to working with D&D construction again when I am ready to do my bathrooms. Remodeling can be stressful especially during these times I am thankful that D&D construction was able to make me feel safe and gave me piece of mind during the entire process

I had a water leak in the kitchen. Did not know who to go with. Someone told me about Acuity. After meeting with Ken I decided to get my entire house remodeled. I have a brand new house! Working with the insurance was a nightmare! Ken worked with the insurance and got my tile covered. I had water damage under the tile and the insurance was refusing to cover it. I am so happy with my home. Sometimes I still feel like I’m house sitting. Hard to believe that this amazing new home is mine!! ?

The Hunt brothers did excellent work. We enjoyed working with Josh and Jeff to produce beautiful kitchen and bath remodels. They were patient, customer-service oriented, and always remedied any issue we came up against. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. We have gotten lots and lots of compliments!

Renovation and Design Concepts transformed my dated and unattractive kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary and functional heart-of-the-home. The RDC Gals worked with me at every strategic point. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Can't wait to do my master bath!

During a very difficult COVID-19 environment, the leadership team, designer and installation crew provided outstanding customer service. They placed their trust in us, the customer, by being attentive to what we wanted, not what they wanted for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. The larger part of the project was a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry room, installation of new cabinets, storage units, appliances, counter tops, backsplash, electrical and plumbing.

Our goal was to update an 11 year old kitchen to make it brighter and more functional. Mission accomplished. We have a beautiful, brighter, and much more functional kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms thanks to both our Designer Aimee and Project Manager Kent. As we look back, its important to note how Premier treated us with care and respect. They were resolved to leave us with complete satisfaction with our project.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.

Promised to get back with a quote for a design, never did. Do what you say you're going to do, don't lie to people. It's not that hard.
