We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY!! if I could put no stars I would. Had someone come out to measure, quote and show for a kitchen remodel. Waited for email and contacted back after nothing 2 days after told. Then attempted to contact again and no response, just ghosted. Then attempted twice to call directly from the number on website, just to see if the company cared to respond. First daywas told a supervisor would call me that day. Then next day stated no supervisor called and they said they would have someone call me that day. Still nothing!!! From ANYONE!!

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Luxury Remodels has just completed the remodel of 2 bathrooms and before that our kitchen and we're very pleased with the results. Roxie did a tremendous job of providing designs and project managers Steve (baths) and Dave (kitchen) were very professional and communicative during the process.

I had a water leak in the kitchen. Did not know who to go with. Someone told me about Acuity. After meeting with Ken I decided to get my entire house remodeled. I have a brand new house! Working with the insurance was a nightmare! Ken worked with the insurance and got my tile covered. I had water damage under the tile and the insurance was refusing to cover it. I am so happy with my home. Sometimes I still feel like I’m house sitting. Hard to believe that this amazing new home is mine!! ?

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.

Promised to get back with a quote for a design, never did. Do what you say you're going to do, don't lie to people. It's not that hard.
