Best Exterior Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Professional company that specializes in cabinet & door refinishing as well as interior & exterior painting.

We had pop outs added our back house. The south facing wall had to be demoed and a new stucco wall put in its place. Excellent job!! Everyone was professional from the estimator, project manager and workers.

Holtzman Home Improvement did a great job for us converting our 30yr old Tub and Shower in the Master Bath to a wonderful walk-in shower, tile walls and river-rock floor oasis. Paul came up with a simple but classy design using my basic wants and Keala was great guiding me through the design and choice of materials. Will Stubblefield and the rest of the workers did a great job and kept the jobsite (my house) clean throughout the process. I really appreciate all the work and attention to detail and quality of work that the whole team put into everything...

This company was very professional and punctual with their time. From start to finish on the estimate, template, and install they were very helpful! The value was great compared to a couple other estimates that I got. They don’t try to upsell you on anything and actually help you on what will best suit your vision on a remodel. Our Project Superintendent Jerry Thompson was by far the best superintendent we’ve worked with. His dedication and attention to detail were spot on. Several of the issues were taken care of by Jerry before we had to bring it to anyone else’s attention. I would recommend legacy for your future remodeling projects. The out front scheduling process is one thing that could be improved overall most of the sub contractors were pretty reliable.

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. We definitely would recommend Atelier507 to anyone needing a talented architect or considering a remodel/renovation project.

Poor craftsmanship! Poor design! Poor customer service! Be prepared fro many change orders, tons of re-work on every aspect of the job. Project will cost more and take longer than you ever imagined. I would not recommend!
