After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

I'm not one to write reviews or post online; however, it would be a disservice to not share our experience with anyone looking to remodel. I posted the before and after pictures for visual reference. West Haven Builders did a phenomenal job with our kitchen remodel. They listened to what we envisioned and turned it into a reality. They were professional, responsive, and provided quality service as well as outcomes. We contacted D&D construction for a small but significant repair to an exterior stucco wall. We left a message and received a phone call in a few minutes to schedule a visit for the following day. Dion was on time and give a prompt estimate. The work was completed the next day, efficiently and cleanly. Received a picture of the property showing the condition before and after the visit, and payment was done online.

We had 6 different estimates for our kitchen remodel. Most of the contractors that visited our home said, This is a big job, which didn't instill a sense of confidence. When Eric & Angela came into our home, they immediately understood our vision and made it seem almost easy to accomplish. After having researched remodeling in our area, the price was in the range of what we had anticipated and very competitive. What made them stand out for us, was their shared vision for the project, the in-house crew, and the attention to detail.
Eric came up with several ideas for our layout that we had not even thought of and created a truly custom and beautiful kitchen.
Omar's craftsmanship and attention to detail made it obvious he has years of experience. Any challenges our older home presented, he and his crew handled without issue. Omar was very friendly to our kids, and never made us feel like we were in the way in our own home.
Angela provided advice on design to make the space feel cohesive with the rest of our house. We originally thought pendant lights would make the kitchen feel too small. She strongly recommended we go with them, and we absolutely love them.
Steve was always reassuring to me when I was having trouble picturing the kitchen during the remodel. He was always just a phone call away.
We were very happy with our entire remodeling process with Retro Pro. If we had to do it all over, we would definitely choose them again. The only thing friends and family say when they see our new kitchen is, Wow!

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.

Ordered all new windows and slider in November 2020. We had to call constantly after 60 days to find out the status of our windows. In early February they were finally installed, but all four windows had scratches, dings and nicks on the frames and weren’t sealed properly. The contractor got angry with me because I asked them to correct it. The owner came out and made us promises, and never followed through. They ordered, through our warranty, for new windows in February 2021. We have not heard a word from them since. Now no one will return our phone calls emails or texts. And they expect us to pay for a faulty product. Terrible
