Well, Jay sold us a 1 day job that I learned was actually a 2 day job when Whitney called to schedule. We got rescheduled once, and then our 2 day job this week ended up having one issue after another. We will be without a shower for a week! We spent a pretty penny to have this shower done right…. So now I’m let hopeful that they will actually complete the job Friday and it will be perfect. Not a good experience, disappointed is mild!

First thing I will say is find another company. We had a sales consultant come to our home without a mask to begin with. He looked at our bathroom and gave us a quote of $18,000, I thought that was very high just to remove a tub and create a door less shower. After doing some research we found that to be an accurate price. We were told that someone would contact us about setting up the appointment and since Covid was rampant by then it could take a bit of time. We were called a few days later and the appointment was set for 2 months later, yes that’s right 2 months later. We waited and waited and finally they came and did an amazing job putting in the new shower and it was beautiful. Then we are told that the glass is made from a different place for the pony wall and it would take 2 weeks. Seriously, now I cant even use my new shower. Two weeks go by and I send them a message and they tell me it takes time to make it. After three weeks I sent another message and they told me it had arrived. Thanks for letting me know, I had to reach out to them to find out it was there. They came and put it in and said another 24 hours before we can use it. This company is a waiting game and you would be better off finding another place to get your bath redone. Unless you are willing to wait 3 to 4 months for the process to be completed.

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. He was terrific at letting me know what he was doing. I was impressed with his skill and work ethic. I would recommended this company 100%

In February 2017, I discovered wet walls and carpet in the walk-in closet adjacent to the travertine stone tile shower in the master bath of the house I had recently purchased. My real estate agent recommend Acuity Builders as they had performed well for a client of hers. Ken Hawk and Matthew Garrett of Acuity Builders came to the house and determined that water was going through the through the stone tile and breaching all layers of waterproofing.

Matthew and Ken worked closely with us to rebuild from the water damage. The entire shower was torn down and rebuilt with new tile. From start to finish all services from selecting new materials to installation, cost and schedule performance exceeded my expectations and I would without reservation employ and recommend their company, Acuity Builders for home construction projects.

Jeremy the Handyman reinvented the industry standard. They do it by establishing trust with me as a client. A promise is made and it's kept until the job is finished. I continue to use their service from everything including painting, fan installation, and as of late my bedroom remodel. The skills needed to repair and fix my house problems, I do not possess. Everyone is qualified but the best part...happy go lucky attitude. So refreshing in the world today. House fixes or repairs the problem? I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.
