I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

Replaced single-person walk-in shower with door and an adjacent tub with a full length walk-in shower, no door, tile from floor to ceiling, and two shower heads. We love our shower - it has made our master space feel like a brand new home. The installer was on-time, friendly, and made great suggestions we hadn’t thought of at signing. Please just make sure everything is in the contract and design, even if you are reassured it’s covered. If you don’t see the item, ask question. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!
