Best Room Addition Construction in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall project. There are always hiccups when doing home renovations but Al and his crew were very professional and kept me in the loop through each and every step.

We live in a historic home (1926) and needed to have the bathroom completely remodeled. We hired Homework Remodels to take everything out (tile floor, walls, ceiling, tub, toilet, vanity, etc) and install a new bathroom. They were very professional and were great to work with. We explained the items that we wanted, and they provided information on those items as well as other options, which we greatly appreciated. They communicated very well throughout the project, and we were extremely happy with the end result. Working on historic homes can be difficult and unpredictable, but their expertise made it look easy. This bathroom is the only bathroom in our house, and they managed to keep it functional throughout the entire construction phase, which is an incredibile feat. Our new bathroom is beautiful and is better than what we expected - great quality of work! We finally have a bathroom that we are proud of. We will definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend them.

Holtzman home improvement is such an amazing company. I definitely recommend them to anybody home I want to work with somebody who knows what they're doing in the valley. I had them install a glass wall where I had taken out the pool gate that over looked the mountain. I had them take out to the gate that look like the pool gate instead of the pool gate I had to install a nice beautiful glass wall that overlooked it the mountains in the nature behind my house. I would definitely recommend them is there a conference in what they were doing and they always communicated with me if there were any kind of delays from any other manufacturers. I will definitely write this company at 10star and not a 5 star because of how amazing their whole staff was when it came on my property.

We had pop outs added our back house. The south facing wall had to be demoed and a new stucco wall put in its place. Excellent job!! Everyone was professional from the estimator, project manager and workers.

Brian and Jerry were the best designers we could find. Before we even signed the contract, they took the time to create beautiful 3D renderings of how we wanted both baths and our bar to look. The finished result looked exactly like the renderings. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

The Legacy team was fantastic! We worked with Legacy through various remodels over the last 24 months. COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. We are happy with our projects - excellent communication, quality product. I know how hard it is to find great and reliable contractors, I wanted to share it with everyone that Legacy was terrific. 123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

Before deadline. Under budget. No shortcuts

We had a second home in Az. flood from an upstairs toilet. I gave them a code, they took care of everything, including assessing, fixing, big fans to dry out, mold prevention, patched and repaired ceiling. Couldn’t even tell we ever had problems. All for $5000. Great timely response, which was needed in this situation.

We haven't gone through the whole process yet, but Nick left a very positive impression! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, direct, and friendly.

Horrible company!!! Cheap cheap cheap!!

Working with Premier was the best experience I have ever had with a remodel. They built out a new bathroom, wine room and kitchen. The end result was unbelievable. They were on top of communication, permits, updates, quality of work, etc.

I tried to call for some advice, and was greeted with, You know what? We are in a meeting now. You'll have to call back. So condescending. Good luck with that approach.

The workmanship was poor, the cost was high, refused to take instruction, left work half done, put holes in ceiling then slapped on a plastic plate & covered with speckling, put in a sub sized bathtub that the bearded guy adamantly refused to seal, destroyed sketched design of tile, left roof unsealed and jacked up the price 26% during the construction. I wouldn’t recommend paying more than half of their bid, if you choose to hire them.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.
